As a kid, I kept myself from shining because I didn’t always like the attention I would get from people. I loved creating art as a kid, but at times I used to fear that having too much attention was a bad thing so I dimmed my light. I dimmed my light each time I felt invalidated or each time I noticed a negative response from people in my environment. I dimmed my light after losing my father and I dimmed my light to fit in a place I was too big for. This is a new era of letting my light shine 🌞✨🦋 It feels so empowering not to live in fear anymore. I can’t control the perceptions of others. I can only choose how I show up and the attitude I have toward life. I’m choosing to be me and to love how Source wants to be expressed through me
My mom had a few strokes this year and acts like a child now. Woah that hurt badly, but I'm beginning to see she's funny and cute most of the time, so to embrace this new side of her vs. grieve the old her, and be so sad all of the time. Feel blessed for the memories we had, and will have with her in this way.
Legitimate reason of my mind: if you shine people will feel sad or down. You won't be able to put up with their jealousy of you or they will try to make sure you don't shine. Release it, release it, release it....
My reason is that I was bullied heavily and physically abused by my brother as a child, and my mom would tell me to just ignore it and stop being so sensitive- she never really did anything to stop him, so I felt like I didn't matter, and was unwanted. So I have this story that shining = humiliation and suffering 🫤

I think for me I stop myself from shining because of my brother picking on and criticizing me, making me feel stupid. My best was never enough. I know there are plenty of others that think I am talented and intelligent. It's sad when often it's your family that bring you down the most when they are supposed to lift you up. I have recently become grateful for all the obstacles, pain and trauma I've gone through because it lead to where I am. I am becoming a stronger woman that will help others heal.

I am a full time van dweller who travels the country and i move every full or new moon BUT i never know until the decision is made, maps consulted then the calendar which shows me the moon phase. I dont flinch anymore...i basically live in the forest, no campgrounds for me. So i guess i move with the rhythms of the universe without ever realizing it. Its a Flow!
Good goddess, this is resonant. A few months ago I was given very clear intuitive instructions to MOVE and leave Oregon. I sold everything and packed up my two young daughters and followed the calling. We’re currently living in Italy, on our way to Greece! I’ve been longing to go to Greece for 25 years and have never been but we’re GOING under very clear guidance! I have no idea how this is going to work out - we’re making this leap on a wing and a prayer - but my leaps have always worked out magically. @SIPRising33 I guess it depends on how you view the "rapture". Many things in the Bible were taken out of context and rewritten to suit a specific narrative. It could mean that certain people shift to the 5D earth( which is a perspective energetic shift) while others remain in the 3d (fear based energy). 🤷🏻♀️ Instead of spending time focusing on those thoughts, invest time on earth in making your relationships and life high quality. 💜 Enjoy your existsnce. Trust the universe/God. Be love and experience love. There is nothing to fear when you accept all and trust. Much love friend.
It’s amazing how much easier things are when we are able to surrender to the divine and just go with the flow. My best thinking got me into a lot of trouble and into some pretty crappy situations so at some point I had to let go. My life is awesome now! It’s pretty obvious that the divine has a much better plan for us than anything we could’ve thought of. I just try to control what I can (which isn’t much beyond my attitude and effort) and just go “hands off” for the rest. When I do that, everything just seems to click into place and when I look back I’m amazed at how far, and in what direction I’ve come. If I can do it, anyone can❤

Well Victor, I have made the decision to pack up whatever fits in my car and the camper I just bought, and hit the road, with my three children. I have no idea where I’m going, or how any of this is going to work, but I just know that I know that I have to do this. Two weeks from today I am handing the keys to our house over and stepping out in total and utter faith, knowing that we are looked after and provided for. My family thinks I’m crazy, maybe they’re a little bit right 🤣 but I just have this knowing that this is the start of something beautiful. I spent 11 years in college working toward my doctorate degree and after landing what I thought would be my dream job after graduation, I felt completely miserable and misaligned. I'm afraid to shine because I am afraid to attract the attention of someone who will try to hurt me. The last time I let myself sing in front of a boyfriend, he would say, " wow, it's hard to believe such a beautiful voice comes out of that" he also smashed my favorite speaker, he would break all my stuff, which i ended up losing anyways. All I wanted was to keep him happy but what made him happy was destroying me.

My dog died at 3 1/2 years old 6 months ago and i began animal communication with him and my other animals that passed years ago. When I tell anyone, most cringe with disbelief. Its hard to understand that response because my experience is so beyond beautiful! But listening to you, I must continue to shine my light. Experienced animal communicators tell me to keep it quiet, but I truly feel people should know, and awaken their well intuitive abilities as well. Now we have a new dog, and my old dog’s soul is in this puppy. I want to celebrate that. My last dog only lived 3 1/2 years! How could I not celebrate his return to me? Our world is based on fear. Our son started daycare last week. We chose one that was different from where our daughter went since it was closer to our house. 3 days later we pulled him out. My husband had bad vibes and thank God the school had cameras. We watched the cameras and it was definitely NOT a place we wanted our child to be for 8 hrs a day. He is now going to the school our daughter went to and we both feel so much better.

This reminds me of a song I had been working on. Beaconing Light For so long I was too ashamed to shine I thought any gift that I had wasn't worth much, because it was mine. I said I was fine but I was just lying trying to find my way through the night Never realizing all the world's in this darkness I'm in, But I could be a beaconing light! I can't fight that. I was ignited to make a change. Sometimes when you are living in a world of darkness, even the light seems strange. But there's still something that calls towards you and that you can't seem to fight Maybe if you find it, you will realize that You could be a beckoning light!

I’ve been struggling with feeling stupid, and it’s been a struggle in the past. I thought I had overcome that trauma, that identity. But unfortunately, becoming a senior has brought those feelings back. I come from a rather toxic family, which took me a long time to realize. I know my family is toxic and that’s why I have these feelings of being stupid and unworthy. That realization allowed me to overcome and grow. But becoming a senior has unfortunately brought those feelings back and it’s been a struggle. Your video has helped me alot, thank you. It’s helped realize once again these feelings are just trauma and a projection of my inner child. ❤ This really is how your spirit expresses.

Well that was the most serendipitous event of late! This was the first time a video of yours reached me. It was such a validating message… Yesterday at the gym, I cried while in the massage chair 😂. I cried because I saw the door to the past closing, and because I finally saw the the future I desire without doubting I can have it.. A bittersweet feeling. Letting go of that person and the job. Thank you for making this video. I have been avoiding clicking on it . Today I finally did and I resonated so much with everything you are describing . I am experiencing a “ call back my power” moment. I am being “ forced” by a higher power to turn the energy inside. I have been dreaming with a baby girl and that I breastfeed her . I interpreted that as a call to nurture the SELF. It turns out that I was right about my intuition. Yesterday I visited my GYN and I was told that I have some fibroids . I left the office feeling so scared. I have done a lot of research in the last 24 hours and basically it comes down to stress, inflammation, diet high in sugars , etc, etc.I feel like I am being called to come back to me ! To take care of MY SELF. To call back all the pieces I left behind at the hands of other people. To let go of the need for approval . To let go of the belief that “ one day when I get permission to be my authentic self , then I’ll show up …” I am calling my power back . I am Saying no to all that is not good for me ( toxic people , unhealthy eating , people pleasing ) and I am saying YES to myself . Yes to PEACE. Yes to coming back to my body . Yes to being authentic to myself and others. And so it is !
I’m slowly but surely getting out my shell. Being silenced my whole childhood has really affected my energy and now that I know better I’m working hard to do better. I have now come to the realization that if people can’t take my shine then they just gone have to get them some shades cause the sun doesn’t ask anyone’s permission to shine. I can relate to not outshining. I spent the last year and a half working w/ a great therapist who helped teach me how to focus on my feelings and not how others react to me or what I say. This has made a massive difference in my life! I feel more comfortable speaking what's on my mind and standing firmly in my truth.

You are absolutely right. The times I’ve felt it was “all over”, are the times my faith has deepened tremendously and I’ve experienced such miracles in my life ❤ also just a tip if you ever find yourself indulging in coffee/caffeine- just add some L-Thianene (you can get natural extract) and it helps tremendously to keep out nervous system calm + almost acts as a slow release for the caffeine.
Your examples and insights really struck me deep. It uncovered a lot of things I thought I had accepted and worked through, but what I realized mostly is that I haven’t somatically grieved it. As I got older, I had logically and intellectually knew that it wasn’t my fault for how others felt when I was just being myself, but I truly never let myself feel the emotions in its entirety. It was always so overwhelming so I learned to keep it suppressed (or so I thought, bc it always managed to seep out in different situations that were of the same vibration). I was very triggered, but it didn’t stem from fear this time. It stemmed from love, compassion and understanding for my inner child. For the way she was mistreated and misguided into shrinking herself for the “greater” good. To fit in and not be “exiled” so to speak. I let myself feel it all over again, and it was a trip! I felt like I experienced a full spectrum of emotions in such a short amount of time! But the overall feeling that was present was that of grief, acceptance, release, and relief. Also pride. Proud of myself for how far I’ve come and for allowing myself to revisit these pivotal moments without looking away and resorting to old tendencies. To recognize and truly see myself in my entirety. It was indescribably beautiful. Best I can put it is - I felt as though my heart opened up and enveloped me in a cocoon of pure unconditional love. I’m glad you continued to make these videos. The timing of this is crazy. Bring forces to follow my intuition, I literally just broke up with my partner last night after months of painful debilitating anxiety, not realizing it was the relationship causing so much of it. And then this past weekend it became SO clear what needed to be done.
I’ve been in a toxic work environment for 2 1/2 years and it has all come to a head. I’m still hanging on because of fear of not being able to get a new job, but feel like I don’t have a choice and need to leave it and trust things will work out. Victor, every time I watch a video of yours at key moments in my life its like you have a crystal ball and can see what I'm going through. I have the exact problem with holding back my shine. For most people it makes them just not like me for whatever reason, although to some I can see some admiration or inspiration. Its becoming more difficult to hold back as I just want to share with people some of my latest works. I sometimes worry I will be persecuted by those who become very envious. I feel like they are actively searching for ways to dim my light.
23:10 This was an accurate description of me and my smoking habit. I was a smoker for 7-8 years up to the day that Tool's last album, Fear Inoculum, came out. I was already cutting back for a couple of weeks then, but on that day, I bought a pack and went to the woods with my headphones! I ended up smoking maybe one or two cigarettes from the pack and throw the rest out. Thankfully, the songs and smoking didn't go well together, imagine listening to Pneuma and having a cigarette! :)) That just doesn't work lol.

Oy wow I really needed this today more than anything. It's a special day in ny culture called Raksha Bhandhan when we celebrate the life of our brothers. All about the relationship between sisters and brothers. And today is the first one wiruout my beautiful brother who I lost 11 months ago. He was my twin soul in so many ways. He was ny everything and so was my dad who I lost in 2021. I've been through huge spiritual awakening since 2021 when I was also critical in ICU. I have felt so unwell last few days especially and this all makes sense Victor. Hey Vic how ya doing bud. It's been a minute since I've caught a video of yours but as I have said everytime after watching, "Thanks Victor, I needed to hear this!". Like perfect timing always! Again,, amazing. I can totally understand what your wife feels like about her singing due to having the same experience with not wanting to be pointed out and I've always told myself that being humble, or just not doing my music and the main thing moving forward in life because of family. It's very hard when my best and only friend now is my brother who is the only family - friend... After getting sober in 2008 we had lost both parents a sister a brother from cancer my twin daughters that were Conjoined he was my only family that was there that is still alive.. he only has one kidney he lost his other in 2019 but now having stage 3 kidney failure and not taking care of the dr appointments he has 3 small kids 10, 12,& 13yrs old my anxiety of losing him has stopped me from moving forward. Being a caregiver also for everyone we lost I have to wait it out.. I'm trying to get him to go down to check on if I'm a match but our child hood sucked so him having 6th grade education leaves me to staying in him about that... Man there's so much more that keeps me up all night it's to the point I'm a vampire that's getting to hate the Sun and the Full moons make my anxiety so much more crazy I'm almost or am in the edge of hallucinating.. only during full moons it's a trip.... I'll end with this because I carry on to much. I apologize for that. I've been in my apartment for 10 months from being homeless since 2019.. I started running again last week. I had a download while brushing my teeth one day. It told me if I were to do the things I need to do for self despite of my current situation, I saw like strands being cut away and limitations being broken. I saw the ascent of myself as a result of embracing the changes.

i actully wanted to make a song for my bf i wrote it and made a beat, and i said to myself, ok he doen't need to hear that song to know how i feel, he already knows, but now i see it's a stupid reason, the real reason is when i was about 13-14, i had a friend who used to sing i typed her songs and she said "it's amazing, we should make a song you write and i sing" but subconsciously maybe i had an idea that people can sing better than me and that is what is holding me back for months, but now i will step out of my fears and make it, thank you so much.

As a kid, I kept myself from shining because I didn’t always like the attention I would get from people. I loved creating art as a kid, but at times I used to fear that having too much attention was a bad thing so I dimmed my light. I dimmed my light each time I felt invalidated or each time I noticed a negative response from people in my environment. I dimmed my light after losing my father and I dimmed my light to fit in a place I was too big for. This is a new era of letting my light shine 🌞✨🦋 It feels so empowering not to live in fear anymore. I can’t control the perceptions of others. I can only choose how I show up and the attitude I have toward life. I’m choosing to be me and to love how Source wants to be expressed through me

My mom had a few strokes this year and acts like a child now. Woah that hurt badly, but I'm beginning to see she's funny and cute most of the time, so to embrace this new side of her vs. grieve the old her, and be so sad all of the time. My reason is that I was bullied heavily and physically abused by my brother as a child, and my mom would tell me to just ignore it and stop being so sensitive- she never really did anything to stop him, so I felt like I didn't matter, and was unwanted. I think for me I stop myself from shining because of my brother picking on and criticizing me, making me feel stupid. My best was never enough. I know there are plenty of others that think I am talented and intelligent. It's sad when often it's your family that bring you down the most when they are supposed to lift you up. I have recently become grateful for all the obstacles, pain and trauma I've gone through because it lead to where I am. I am becoming a stronger woman that will help others heal.

I am a full time van dweller who travels the country and i move every full or new moon BUT i never know until the decision is made, maps consulted then the calendar which shows me the moon phase. I dont flinch anymore...i basically live in the forest, no campgrounds for me. So i guess i move with the rhythms of the universe without ever realizing it. Its a Flow!

@SIPRising33 I guess it depends on how you view the "rapture". Many things in the Bible were taken out of context and rewritten to suit a specific narrative. It could mean that certain people shift to the 5D earth( which is a perspective energetic shift) while others remain in the 3d (fear based energy). 🤷🏻♀️ Instead of spending time focusing on those thoughts, invest time on earth in making your relationships and life high quality. 💜 Enjoy your existsnce. It’s amazing how much easier things are when we are able to surrender to the divine and just go with the flow. My best thinking got me into a lot of trouble and into some pretty crappy situations so at some point I had to let go.
My life is awesome now! It’s pretty obvious that the divine has a much better plan for us than anything we could’ve thought of. I just try to control what I can (which isn’t much beyond my attitude and effort) and just go “hands off” for the rest. When I do that, everything just seems to click into place and when I look back I’m amazed at how far, and in what direction I’ve come. If I can do it, anyone can❤

Well Victor, I have made the decision to pack up whatever fits in my car and the camper I just bought, and hit the road, with my three children. I have no idea where I’m going, or how any of this is going to work, but I just know that I know that I have to do this. Two weeks from today I am handing the keys to our house over and stepping out in total and utter faith, knowing that we are looked after and provided for. My family thinks I’m crazy, maybe they’re a little bit right 🤣 but I just have this knowing that this is the start of something beautiful. I spent 11 years in college working toward my doctorate degree and after landing what I thought would be my dream job after graduation, I felt completely miserable and misaligned. It was obvious from the beginning. After being forced out of that situation, I did feel lighter and it feels as if my creativity has increased since. I'm afraid to shine because I am afraid to attract the attention of someone who will try to hurt me. The last time I let myself sing in front of a boyfriend, he would say, " wow, it's hard to believe such a beautiful voice comes out of that" he also smashed my favorite speaker, he would break all my stuff, which i ended up losing anyways. All I wanted was to keep him happy but what made him happy was destroying me.

My dog died at 3 1/2 years old 6 months ago and i began animal communication with him and my other animals that passed years ago. When I tell anyone, most cringe with disbelief. Its hard to understand that response because my experience is so beyond beautiful! But listening to you, I must continue to shine my light. Experienced animal communicators tell me to keep it quiet, but I truly feel people should know, and awaken their well intuitive abilities as well. Now we have a new dog, and my old dog’s soul is in this puppy. I want to celebrate that. My last dog only lived 3 1/2 years! How could I not celebrate his return to me? Our world is based on fear. Our son started daycare last week. We chose one that was different from where our daughter went since it was closer to our house. 3 days later we pulled him out. My husband had bad vibes and thank God the school had cameras. We watched the cameras and it was definitely NOT a place we wanted our child to be for 8 hrs a day. He is now going to the school our daughter went to and we both feel so much better.

I’ve been struggling with feeling stupid, and it’s been a struggle in the past. I thought I had overcome that trauma, that identity. But unfortunately, becoming a senior has brought those feelings back. I come from a rather toxic family, which took me a long time to realize. I know my family is toxic and that’s why I have these feelings of being stupid and unworthy. That realization allowed me to overcome and grow. But becoming a senior has unfortunately brought those feelings back and it’s been a struggle. Your video has helped me alot, thank you. A bittersweet feeling. Letting go of that person and the job. Because the heart is screaming to be fulfilled. GO AFTER IT!!!

Thank you for making this video. I have been avoiding clicking on it . Today I finally did and I resonated so much with everything you are describing . I am experiencing a “ call back my power” moment. I am being “ forced” by a higher power to turn the energy inside.
I have been dreaming with a baby girl and that I breastfeed her . I interpreted that as a call to nurture the SELF. It turns out that I was right about my intuition. Yesterday I visited my GYN and I was told that I have some fibroids . I left the office feeling so scared. I have done a lot of research in the last 24 hours and basically it comes down to stress, inflammation, diet high in sugars , etc, etc.I feel like I am being called to come back to me ! To take care of MY SELF. To call back all the pieces I left behind at the hands of other people. To let go of the need for approval . To let go of the belief that “ one day when I get permission to be my authentic self , then I’ll show up …”
I am calling my power back . I am Saying no to all that is not good for me ( toxic people , unhealthy eating , people pleasing ) and I am saying YES to myself . Yes to PEACE. Yes to coming back to my body . Yes to being authentic to myself and others. And so it is !
I’m slowly but surely getting out my shell. Being silenced my whole childhood has really affected my energy and now that I know better I’m working hard to do better.
I have now come to the realization that if people can’t take my shine then they just gone have to get them some shades cause the sun doesn’t ask anyone’s permission to shine.

I can relate to not outshining. I spent the last year and a half working w/ a great therapist who helped teach me how to focus on my feelings and not how others react to me or what I say. This has made a massive difference in my life! I feel more comfortable speaking what's on my mind and standing firmly in my truth.
is anyone else noticing low frequency types are seeming really needy and wanting o be around you? I feel mean brushing them off... the inevitable truth must come out I guess re making better choices and being disciplined... help starts at home right? we cant fix everyone... just lead by example I guess.

You are absolutely right. The times I’ve felt it was “all over”, are the times my faith has deepened tremendously and I’ve experienced such miracles in my life ❤ also just a tip if you ever find yourself indulging in coffee/caffeine- just add some L-Thianene (you can get natural extract) and it helps tremendously to keep out nervous system calm + almost acts as a slow release for the caffeine.

Your examples and insights really struck me deep. It uncovered a lot of things I thought I had accepted and worked through, but what I realized mostly is that I haven’t somatically grieved it.
As I got older, I had logically and intellectually knew that it wasn’t my fault for how others felt when I was just being myself, but I truly never let myself feel the emotions in its entirety. It was always so overwhelming so I learned to keep it suppressed (or so I thought, bc it always managed to seep out in different situations that were of the same vibration).
I was very triggered, but it didn’t stem from fear this time. It stemmed from love, compassion and understanding for my inner child. For the way she was mistreated and misguided into shrinking herself for the “greater” good. To fit in and not be “exiled” so to speak.
I let myself feel it all over again, and it was a trip! I felt like I experienced a full spectrum of emotions in such a short amount of time! But the overall feeling that was present was that of grief, acceptance, release, and relief. Also pride. Proud of myself for how far I’ve come and for allowing myself to revisit these pivotal moments without looking away and resorting to old tendencies. To recognize and truly see myself in my entirety. It was indescribably beautiful. Best I can put it is - I felt as though my heart opened up and enveloped me in a cocoon of pure unconditional love.
I’m glad you continued to make these videos. Just as Patty has touched and helped others finding healing through her singing, so have you through these videos.

The timing of this is crazy. Bring forces to follow my intuition, I literally just broke up with my partner last night after months of painful debilitating anxiety, not realizing it was the relationship causing so much of it. And then this past weekend it became SO clear what needed to be done.
I’ve been in a toxic work environment for 2 1/2 years and it has all come to a head. I’m still hanging on because of fear of not being able to get a new job, but feel like I don’t have a choice and need to leave it and trust things will work out. I pray I can follow through and finally let it go. 🙏🙏🙏

Last week was so insanely intense. I cried and wanted to leave the earth but this morning I woke up with energy and vigor. It felt like I gave birth spiritually and today I am feeling so much less burdened and overly stimulated.

Man this resonated so much! I’m trying to quit vaping right now, but have been stuck in fight or flight for almost a year now and also felt like I was dying a few times recently. Scary stuff.

I have the exact problem with holding back my shine. For most people it makes them just not like me for whatever reason, although to some I can see some admiration or inspiration. Its becoming more difficult to hold back as I just want to share with people some of my latest works. I sometimes worry I will be persecuted by those who become very envious. I feel like they are actively searching for ways to dim my light.

23:10 This was an accurate description of me and my smoking habit. I was a smoker for 7-8 years up to the day that Tool's last album, Fear Inoculum, came out. I was already cutting back for a couple of weeks then, but on that day, I bought a pack and went to the woods with my headphones! I ended up smoking maybe one or two cigarettes from the pack and throw the rest out. Thankfully, the songs and smoking didn't go well together, imagine listening to Pneuma and having a cigarette! :)) That just doesn't work lol.

I have told you and Aaron many times on different platforms we all seem to be on the same wavelength. Your content is always relative to me, what I have said or done myself, and even my thoughts. I am thankful to have confirmation, support, and the guidance needed from you guys when it comes. It is always right on time. Never stop shining. Oy wow I really needed this today more than anything. It's a special day in ny culture called Raksha Bhandhan when we celebrate the life of our brothers. All about the relationship between sisters and brothers. And today is the first one wiruout my beautiful brother who I lost 11 months ago. He was my twin soul in so many ways. He was ny everything and so was my dad who I lost in 2021. I've been through huge spiritual awakening since 2021 when I was also critical in ICU. I have felt so unwell last few days especially and this all makes sense Victor. Ironically my brother is an Aquarius so him the blue Moon and this special day has transformed into me being guided to listen to you. Thank you thank you thank you.❤❤❤

Again,, amazing. I can totally understand what your wife feels like about her singing due to having the same experience with not wanting to be pointed out and I've always told myself that being humble, or just not doing my music and the main thing moving forward in life because of family.
It's very hard when my best and only friend now is my brother who is the only family - friend... After getting sober in 2008 we had lost both parents a sister a brother from cancer my twin daughters that were Conjoined he was my only family that was there that is still alive.. he only has one kidney he lost his other in 2019 but now having stage 3 kidney failure and not taking care of the dr appointments he has 3 small kids 10, 12,& 13yrs old my anxiety of losing him has stopped me from moving forward. Being a caregiver also for everyone we lost I have to wait it out.. I'm trying to get him to go down to check on if I'm a match but our child hood sucked so him having 6th grade education leaves me to staying in him about that... Man there's so much more that keeps me up all night it's to the point I'm a vampire that's getting to hate the Sun and the Full moons make my anxiety so much more crazy I'm almost or am in the edge of hallucinating.. only during full moons it's a trip....
I'll end with this because I carry on to much. I apologize for that.

I started running again last week. I had a download while brushing my teeth one day. It told me if I were to do the things I need to do for self despite of my current situation, I saw like strands being cut away and limitations being broken.
I saw the ascent of myself as a result of embracing the changes.

i actully wanted to make a song for my bf i wrote it and made a beat, and i said to myself, ok he doen't need to hear that song to know how i feel, he already knows, but now i see it's a stupid reason, the real reason is when i was about 13-14, i had a friend who used to sing i typed her songs and she said "it's amazing, we should make a song you write and i sing" but subconsciously maybe i had an idea that people can sing better than me and that is what is holding me back for months, but now i will step out of my fears and make it, thank you so much.
