Even if there are many mods, there is way too much bad driving on the road its impossible for mods to catch everything.

60/80 max on the infamous road to Duisburg, but almost all drive 110 which creates al of the dumb crashes
without speed limit, trucks drove 170 km/h and cars over 200 km/h on CD Road
