Hello I followed the same steps for 2 Macbook Air A1932, at the end the macbook remains in DFU mode and apple configurator gives error 4005. On the contrary I destroyed 2 macbook air because of this shit.
Wwithout removing t2 you have only a bypass, if we remove the t2 and write with another info we need the bypass from checkm8 for the first activation, and later have a full unlock

It does not work with Ibridge 6.5 not with machines with Big Sur or Monterrey
cant you just downgrade Operating System , and then unlock with this method ?
the system does not matter what matters is the signed version of ibridge if higher than 5.6 nothing can be done

And did you make sure that your macbooks are supported
I think you can bypass without removing T2 chip, only with ckeckm8, Also as I understand you must pay for checkm8 bypass
