Hello my friend, i opened the laptop and all looks good, everything is connected properly, but its still not detecting the hard drive, my son left it on charge and he said it got really hot, has the hard drive burnt out?
My lappy is asus vivobook 14/15 SSD and windows 11....and aptio utility 2021 is appearing....and i tried everything means everything.... disabling secure boot restoring default...and i don't have any launch csm option...at first it started by restoring default and then again next day...the option was to unlock bit lock by recovery key...and then i started working on my lappy by just putting it on sleep mode and again this morning it happened and now I'm unable to go back to my windows...please reply i was working on very important assignment...please reply😭
Complete shutdown, then hold Cntrl + B and restart your pc by pressing power button. Your pc will be start, but the solution is temporary. You should save your important files, then restore your pc safely. If the problem still exist, Reinstall the window. But save your important files.
I switched UEFI to legacy and now my computer is saying “reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key. Intel undo build, pxe 2.0 (build 083) then it also says check cable connection! Pxe-mod:exiting pxe rom. Please help 😢
The last option worked for me..can I get to know that is it temporary? May it again happen when i turn off my pc? What should do to make it permanently..plz reply

Let's try this: Click the power button icon. Press and hold down the Shift key and then click Restart. Continue to hold the Shift key until the computer reboots. Select Troubleshoot. Go to Advanced Options > Startup Repair. After the startup repair process is complete, reboot the computer.
First check, is your pc connected properly? Check the power cables etc, if connected then check is this aptio setup utility error? If yes then follow these options otherwise check the power supply, screen etc

if you have the same aptio setup utility error, then follow the steps on my video. if you want to Reinstall the window, then follow the below steps: - Make sure you have windows setup in USB or DVD. - Then go to boot menu. - With the help of keyboard arrow keys, select the USB/DVD option. - Your windows re-installation will be started.

Let's try, u just run it on safe mode or restore it.

One of the options worked, then i tried to update my computer to windows 11 and then my computer crashed again and is bringing up the same screen
Check file system, windows 11 support NTFS.

No, maybe your pc is off. "On" your pc and check if it's work otherwise apply the other options.

The legacy/uefi isn’t present on mine
Its because of your laptop uses the older BIOS firmware rather than UEFI. Please check the last 2 options but carefully, don't lose your data.

In boot menu select "launch csm" and enable it. In security menu select "select secure boot" and disable it. Save and exit. Hopefully its work.
