      True... I used to like Shapiro when he first started out but his show Daily Wire has surely become one of the most ridiculously inaccurate attempts to create a „factual based“ news outlet... They cover way too many topics without doing the tiniest bit of research... But because Ben actually can’t admit to any failure, he will just ignore this video as well as the comments underneath his videos ... But according to Shapiro there are only two kinds of people, when it comes to being confronted about a faulty argument: „the people who get angry and defensive & those who laugh and are curious to hearing other‘s people ideas and better their own arguments“. Well I‘d say there is a third group: those who just ignore you because they are stuck in their own **** ...

    James Safechuck claims he was molested between 1988-1992. He says he was molested in a room above the train station. The problem is that the construction of the station started in September 1993 , completion in 1994. 2 years after the last time he was at Neverland Ranch. This makes his claim impossible.

    • @tarao7224
      @tarao7224 5 лет назад +76

      The train station story is also problematic, because if Safechuck is to be believed, that means Michael abused him when he was 16 and was 6ft 1 inches tall, physically larger than Jackson himself. This contradicts their claim that Jackson was only interested in young boys, and discarded them when they reached puberty.

    • @meerah3496

      The claim made by Safechuck that Michael Jackson took him on a honeymoon to Disneyland was also factually untrue as Disneyland did not even exist at the time the supposed 'honeymoon' took place.

The question remains did he molest any kids and at least for the shady men in Leaving Neverland, you'd be a fool to believe he did.
      I mean what kind of perfect predator calls a victim whom they haven't had contact with in years to the stand? Of all the witnesses, MJ approves of a victim to get grilled by prosecutors and risk breaking down and destroying MJ for good? This is your mastermind? Come on now.

The man admitted on TV that whole thing with sharing with kids (though he said it was at the insistence of the kids and with the parent's permission). It's the opposite for me. LEAVING NEVERLAND profoundly encouraged me to look deep into all of it and really think for myself. After considering everything I could find in researching this and every argument for and against MJ's innocence, I came to believe in his innocence. Yes, I initially thought he might be guilty, but I found among many other things, that Robson's story does not add up, and Safechuck? - I think he is on the gravy train. Somebody may have molested them - but it was not MJ and both men place much blame on their mothers which is not misplaced!
      Such a great deal of money is a wonderful motivator - and such a shame. Robson's fluctuating net worth (easy to find online) is very tell tale. Safechuck is still a bit of a mystery for me, but I see him as a follower, not a leader. I see him as being easily led. That speaks volumes about his 'motivations'. Yes, and his strange mother, she does not help his case at all.
      There is too much out there about MJ himself that shows his purity and innocence. Now all we need is for Arvizo and Chandler to come and reinforce that Michael never acted inappropriately. It is already out there, but having them come forward and say it NOW in their own words - without any lawsuits or motivations of money - would put an end to something that is massively upsetting the lives of Prince, Paris and Bigi Jackson's - which is surely more important than the impact it may be having on any one of us.

    • @benjen4266

      @@mamaboocee Precisely, and that's another reason why I don't believe the doc. Even if there was a tinge of truth behind their testimony, it's muddied up by the fact that they have a $1 billion dollar lawsuit pending that almost hinges entirely on public opinion being on their side. I'm sorry, but if you were abused as a child, even if it was by the most famous popstar on the planet, you do not get justice by punishing the kids for the alleged sins of the father. You make the man himself accountable for his actions, and they had a chance to do that in 2005.

    • @DayVeeBoi
      @DayVeeBoi 5 лет назад +12

      @@mamaboocee I'm in the same boat. Before this movie came along I would've been inclined to believe that MJ is a molestor and there would piles of evidence to show it.
      Since this has spurred a lot of discussion I have actually looked into it (a bit) and now am inclined to believe that MJ was just being milked like the huge cash cow he is, and am inclined more towards his innocence.
      To be clear though, the water is so muddy at this point that I don't think there's anything in existence that would prove it one way or the other, (unless some long hidden tapes or other solid evidence came into light).
      Sadly an innocent persons legacy may be burdened with the weight of false accusations from parties with clear financial motives (this includes the media).

    I never cared about Michael Jackson one way or the other, and I still don't. But this series is an excellent study in how the MSM manipulates the court of public opinion to get the people to believe whatever nonsense they want them to.

    • @shirohebisama8014
      @shirohebisama8014 5 лет назад +39

      And funny thing is that many have the "don't care about Michael" attitude exactly due to the media actions who have portrayed him as a freak or a monster since like the 80s so many parents have raised their kids in that light. If he was given the credit he in fact deserves, people would view him differently. But I believe the constant programming and brainwashing by the media has taken away much of the respect for him. Unfairly. If people knew the full extent of what he did for the world and people, they'd have no choice but to at least respect him. Don't necessarily have to like him.

      @@greatest_bumble_bee_dude Reading bwteen the lines here it would appear that you're commenting on the premise that what you've said should sway anyone who is basing their opinion on the results of three legally sound procedures and instead listen to YOUR insight. The fact is, if you think MJ is guilty, and you're not trolling, as in, you can back up your opinion with legally sound evidence, then you must know something the rest of us don't. Because to hold an opinion that is diametrically opposed to
      1993 two grand juries that failed to indict
      2005 12 jurers that failed to imprison
      A judge who threw out two accuser testimonies and reprimamded one accuser for perjury
      What do you know that they don't? They saw that very evidence you spoke of and months worth of evidence beyond that. They then scruntinzed evidence under legal duty or duress if you will, either as judges or jurers, for months at a time, and the result was no legal action was ever taken against MJ in all three scenarios. So, if they saw your evidence and more, and came to the conclusion as stated above, I'll ask upon what basis are you disagreeing with their findings? Great videos. It's sad how he was treated by modern society, but I'm sure that future generations will remember MJ for what he truly was; a *humanitarian* who did so much for charities and the less fortunate folk, as well as being *an absolute legend* who revolutionised the entire music industry with some of the most powerful and meaningful work ever created ^^ subbed

      @Jay Symone actually in the film they mention the parents were in another room nearby or upstairs but then left their song with him for a week which i think is absurd to leave your child with a stranger idc how famous they are.
