Good to see you back on YT. Miss the updates and animals. Little man is getting so big! Good to see you less stressed and enjoying life with the family and the homestead.
Best of luck with the new build! But, little man there helping and eating them strawberries 🍓 was everything!❤😂 and the princess has a green thumb! Such a cute fam😊.
Glad to see your adjusting to not being in law enforcement. I still miss parts but there's a lot less stress. Hopefully we'll live longer to enjoy family time. Nice to see your videos again. Great son, enjoy your time with the kids they grow up quick.
Hi, I just found your channel and the first video I caught was the one where you take us through your daily routine of homesteading and working full time. I saw the weapon on your hip when you got in the car and was excited because I too am a leo and homestead lightly. I’m in Pennsylvania and I’m the only guy in my department with the homestead mindset. Now hearing you’re no longer in law enforcement makes me curious why? And what you do for work now. Thanks
Hi again, never mind I just found your video where you explain everything. I am no longer happy in law enforcement either however I did 6 years as an SRO and then switched departments and have been with my current department for 8 years and will not be vested until I complete 12 years. If I left now I would not see any type of pension. I also do not have anything to fall back on. When I got out of the academy in 2010 it was almost like winning the lottery to get a job now you’re right that they are basically just giving them out. It’s a scary time all the way around. I wish you the best of luck and relaxation in your new job.
Thank you for your service. I’m fortunate to have mostly had a great career in law enforcement. Although much has changed in the profession, it has made me a much better and resilient person. I raise my glass to anyone still serving in these times. Stay safe and thank you!

It’s certainly an adjustment. Staying busy helps though. I miss certain co-workers more than anything. The kids definitely are growing super fast.
