In this week’s Riverwatch there have been changes over the last month in New York city’s operations of three Delaware River system reservoirs, the public is being urged to tell Pennsylvania lawmakers to reject a bill promoting the storage of carbon in underground spaces and the Delaware Riverkeeper Network is offering two free guided "learn to paddle" trips.
