Just watched for the fourth time haha. Man it just sounds so so good. You GOT TO do a video where you dial that thing specifically for the first four VH albums. I think that would be a good video idea!
I might actually get this amp because of your demo but I have a small word of advice that might boost your likes and then views. Put a small snippet excerpt of that final brown sound you end up dialing in at the end in the beginning of the vid so people with a short attention span get a taste of what she ends up sounding like. Just a suggestion but I almost clicked off the vid because it didn't sound that great and holy hell, by the end you had her dialed in legit so make sure you give people a little sumthin' sumthin' at the beginning so they know what this amp sounds like and they'll more than likely stay around til the end. Great tones, dude!
GREAT review. I've been thinking about getting one but the demos on the Bray site sounded fizzy and harsh and not as good as the 4550, so it must be his set up, but this sounds great. Thanks for the low gain clips, nice to know it can nail those too. Great playing as well!

Sounded great with the Strat. Did you happen to have the tone rolled back accidentally on the Wolfgang? Sounded smooth on the top end, like the highs were shaved clean off. Btw I have the Coco also, incredible amp.

I saw Toshi Yanagi demo this amp a while back and couldn't believe he nailed the Women & Children First tone with it. I thought well he has some Voodoo going on here with miking and post editing and such, and then he sent me a clip of just what his iPhone picked up in the room and I was completely blown away! That version of the brown sound is not an easy one to cop but this amp will do it, of course fingers needed as well haha!

Fantastic vid.. I have a Bray modded Marshall Major he did for me years ago.. Loud and huge sounding.. am I wrong that you were playing these clips with the quiet and output both on 8 o'clock??..if this is right you are getting great tone at lower volumes.. great playing..

hey my man thanks for sharing this! EPIC SOUNDS and PLAYING!!! I just got my coco50 and I am not near wear you are with it yet. Wondering if the scumbacks are what I am missing? I have tried the amp with the UK evh greens i have in a 4x12, also a Marshall 1960a cab stock with G-75s in them. I have a few more cans I plan to try with green backs and some Jensen speakers. So far I am thin and paperish sounding. I am not getting the punch and warmth I am hearing from you. I am not using any pedals right now until I get the core sound were I want it. I would love to hear your thoughts. Saving up for the scumbacks now may be next month before I can spring a set. Excited to get this rolling! Cheers!
Have you found anything that a standard Plexi can do better than the Bray? I couldn’t, so I sold my C-tone plexi and kept my Coco 50. The extra gain, the footswitch, the sweet Chan 2 voicing, just can’t beat it!

What wattage did you go with for the scumback speakers? Just curious if there’s a difference between the 25/65/100 wattages they offer for the bm75.
I went 65. Same spec speaker just different wattage. But I also wanted to be safe if I ever ran a 100 watt head through them.
