'Artillery is the King of Battle'.
Absolutely, even today in Ukraine on both sides, despite all the drone footage circulation. Artillery is doing most of the casualties, by far.
@@MilitaryArmamentsCompany Allegedly, William Tecumseh Sherman said: "A battery of field artillery is worth a thousand muskets."
PREACH IT!!!
You have that dug in rather well.
I would like to add how much that ground sucked to dig into with a tanker bar and a pick. Thanks for watching!
Hell eah!!! It's probably the loudest gun I ever stood next to. Cool video!
Welcome back Passion In Scale! This one was hard to beat the D30 I think.
Steel Rain!💥
😎
I crewed on the piece. I remember it being referred to as a "Mountain Gun". I thought that was nuts. Getting them up and running on flat ground was tough enough. If I was asked just one word to describe it, arduous. I wonder if anyone tried a hi-lo mission, two rounds from the gun hitting the exact same spot at the exact same time.
Very cool! We are honored you found are channel. It's always great to hear from Veterans of our equipment. Big Richard's fighting days are done, he just shoots a slug into a hill direct fire now days and makes people smile.
You Never EVER want to be on the receiving end of the "The Marne Hammer"!!!
