- SURPRISE! Today is Madness Day 2024, and to celebrate I've decide to make a lil' remake of Madness. I still feel like the original song holds up pretty well, especially for the time, so I hope you guys enjoy this new version just as much.

I remember the nostalgic times of early 2021, the original Tricky mod blew my mind back then, seeing such a beautiful song get a remaster for a special mod that has stayed in my heart for the past 3 years is really special, waiting for Tricky’s third song all those years back kinda gives me the same feeling of excitement as waiting for this today, thank you Rozebud and the entire Tricky team, you changed the modding community forever ❤️🤡
I know exactly how you feel. Though I don't remember feeling surprised when I first discovered the Tricky mod, but I certainly liked it and listened to the ost a lot back then. Also I did drift away from the FNF community sometime 2022 because of how bad mods were getting then. I just really wish I could go back to January 1st, 2021 with no knowledge beyond December 31st, 2020.
Btw, when I commented my response, some guy named "Ushear" told me to shut the hell up💀.
@@MBii-w8n yeah I agree with you old mods are peak, everyone has their taste and I respect the work that goes into the exe horror mods but nothing beats an oc or classic mod,

@@Sillifella There are some old and really good, but HIGHLY underrated mods I miss dearly. Sandboxin', Pandora's Box, Bytefunkin, even Fireboy and Water Girl, dare I say ANDERS, BY TYPICAL EMERALD!
Also, about "Ushear", I've no idea why he be mad at me. He's probably just yet another one of those people who only prefers the nowaday FNF mods with only horror themes, impossible mechanics, and poor story telling and chooses to shit on the og ones, saying dumb shit like "sOoOoO OlLlDdD, oNlY SoNiC ExE GaRtEn oF BaN BaN SkIbIdI ToIlEt aRe gOoD" or something idk.

The aforementioned mods are one of the reasons why I just really miss 2021. Friday Night Funkin and it's many then used to be so simple, good, and have amazing story telling. Some didn't even have stories, but they're still good and fun to play.

This was the pinnacle of the FnF modding community, and I miss it a LOT (also side note the old BF vocals are way more charming than they should be)

mixing is a improvement, im sad it didn't do much to refine the verses, the verses always felt lackluster from the speed,i never remember the verses, chorus still holds up pretty well, i hope the verses could get a light rework
Only complaint is the intro goes on a bit longer than necessary, but it holds up super well like the rest of Madness

I listened until death the OG 2021 one, which is LEGENDARY... This one almost sounds as a more matuee version of it, with that bit of madness-Doom style mode- the original missed.

Ya none of that “EE, AE, AA” nonsense (that is very overrated btw like I get it’s THE official chromatic but it’s not the only official one). The “Be, Doe, Bai” sounds much nicer and much more nostalgic. But hey, I think thanks to Indie Cross, people have been experimenting with different BF Chroms again like the olden days so we don’t really hear the “EE, AE, AA” chromatic as much as we used to but we still hear it quite a lot
