    Per Klydoclock’s website, there are over 1000 Klydos currently in rotation, with more added every day. Some future Klydo’s may come with their own custom chimes!

    Cool video and review! How did you get it to scroll between Klydos? When I click collections or the left/right buttons it won't change.

      Is your remote charged/paired? Mine arrived without a charge and had to be re-paired with Bluetooth. Otherwise, just clicking left or right while viewing the clock should change Klydos. If still having trouble after verifying charge, contact Klydoclock support.

    Hello. My remote control doesn't work. No connection to the clock. I tried pressing and holding the button on the back of the watch, but no matter how long I press it, no message appears. How long do I have to press and hold the button on the back? The initial screen is still showing with the request to press the heart button. I've already pressed it, but the watch doesn't respond. The LED on the remote control is flashing red. I'm currently charging the remote control. What should I do? Thanks.

      Charge your remote for a couple hours then Press and hold the knob on the back of the clock until the message “Resetting Bluetooth” appears on screen. I’m not sure how long I had to hold mine but I think it was b/w 5-10 seconds. If you see the message “searching for remote” press and hold the favorite button and the “i” button on the remote simultaneously for 3 seconds. If this still doesn’t work, try contacting Klydoclock support@klydoclock.com

    What is the "Voice" functions and how to activate it?

    • @SmartLightDimwit
      @SmartLightDimwit  2 месяца назад

      To what are you referring? The Klydoclock does not have a microphone so there is no voice control.

      @@SmartLightDimwit In the Setting there is "Sound" (not voice). What is it for and what can I do with it?

    • @SmartLightDimwit
      @SmartLightDimwit  2 месяца назад

      @@mga345 In the “Sound” Settings menu you can individually adjust the volume of the clock Ticks and the clock Chime. You can also setup “quiet” hours when you do not want the clock to make any noise. They’ve also intimated that some future klydos could come with their own distinct chimes- you may be able to select those here in the future.

    Did you try the auto mode in the screen settings? It should automatically dim the screen when it gets dark. Problem is, it doesn’t seem to work on my unit. Does it on yours?

      Yes, my automatic settings work, I have my clock switch to night mode from 12am-6am. Have you contacted Klydoclock support? Also, there was an update available in System settings, have you updated your clock?

      @@SmartLightDimwit when you look in the manual, you will see it has a sensor. It has an option to not switch on time, but use the sensor to go automatic to night mode when the room is dark. Mine will switch on time, or with the remote, but not automatic with the sensor. You can find the option in the same menu. I did contact them to find out what is going wrong. I’ve updated to the latest version!

      @@CycloneCleaver I stand corrected. You are right, there is an Automatic setting. I just tested mine by switching to Auto and then covering the sensor with my hand and it does automatically switch to Night Mode. Have you tried testing your sensor this way? If it does not respond to being covered with your hand, it would seem there may be an issue with your sensor.

      @@SmartLightDimwit thank you, I tried, but nothing seems to happen. I guess I’m lucky again, and have a defect clock. Nice 🤣. Thank you for helping me out, I will try to get a new one.

      @@CycloneCleaver No problem. Good luck, Klydoclock has been very helpful and responsive with me so I’m hoping you receive the same support.
