I'm beyond disappointed in your response to Shawn Bolz. I have just thrown out all my Bethel books because if they are letting this slide there is something sinister behind Bethel itself.
This service makes me very sad.😥I wish I had heard just one word about how to be a better person and help others. I wish that the actual Gospels had been quoted. That Jesus' teaching of loving your neighbor had been preached. My Christianity is different. I pray to understand what your followers get from this and that somehow they are actually helped. ☮❤✝
It shouldn't make you sad; you can listen to RUclips sermons all day long and get your fill. Chris has been sharing experience and practical application of the Word. If you get your thoughts under control, you will be a better person, and then you can help others. Praying the Holy Spirit will reveal to you
We hear what we want to hear and our heart posture determines how and what God says to us.
There are a lot of preachers out there (on the Internet and everywhere) and life is too short to spend listening to someone who isn’t helping you on your spiritual journey and more so commenting after.
May all true seekers of God find him and find strength and peace in their walk with Him.
Wow Kris shared how he got healing after two nervous breakdowns! I think this information has helped me! I'm sure it would help anyone who has been through mental and emotional struggles
Maybe you shouldn't expect every sermon you hear to be exactly what YOU are expecting to hear.. that's a little closed minded isn't it? There was MUCH to get out of this message today - I guarantee it blessed many
Bethel has a very large outreach program in our local community working in many facets and we also have teams in LA at the moment, trained and equipped to help those affected by the fires there, We place a high value on community outreach, evangelism, and practical helps so much that our students are required to be involved in community service every week. If our faith can not be lived out in practical ways, transforming the world around us, it's a weak faith indeed.
I’m a little disappointed with Bethel’s response concerning Shawn Bolz. You guys should have warned the body years ago. Many victims have been hurt from your mediocre dealings with Bolz. Quite using false narratives, twisting the Bible in order not to deal with issues properly.
Shawn wasnt apart of bethel or ever submitted to the leadership at bethel.. It's not their responsibility to publicly call him out.
@ it doesn’t matter. They absolutely should have for the sake of the victims at minimum. He participated in some of their services at they should have spoke to the matter.
