You can do summation of methyl orang alkalinity and phenolphthalein alkalinity. Or Formula Total alkalinity =(A*B) * N of acid* 50 * 1000/ ml of water used. When A & B (Burette reading) is ml of acid used for methyl orange alkalinity and phenolphthalein alkalinity resp.

Because here we are calculating acidity, alkalinity (quality parameters) in equivalent to CaCO3. So multiply with 50(equivalent wt. Of CaCO3.)
