Managed to pick one up for $376 or 343 Euros. Looking forward to upgrading from my old Asus router.

Does the QoS limit cripple the internet speed on 1gbps connections? You want to avoid bufferbloat but you dont want your internet to drop to half the speed either.

I use WTFAST subscription on this router I liked it.
Usually, you get a higher ping, however, the route is much faster and most importantly doesn't throttle after playing multiple matches
GPN is very important for competitive online gaming
    well done TP-LINK 👍🏻

Thanks for the video, my question is can you buy two of these and connect them via an Ethernet backbone?

Yes, I believe you can, that should not be an issue.

Not a bad way to spend ten thousand dollars..
Did you check out the BPI-R4 dev board/router? Same specs as this router except the 6ghz channel is only 3x3 … small sacrifice considering the price, $375 with the wifi7 add on card.
Might be too 1337 for the scope of your channel but it might be a sick option for you in real life. Zero RGB. Range of wife friendly case options.

I simply can't stand that 'gaming' form factor. For some reason, at some point, 'gaming' started meaning lots of bling bling, colors, leds... it makes extremely capable hardware look like a cheap toy. I've bought the Archer BE800, which is a better form factor but it still has these stupid 'customizable' leds which serve no function whatsoever. But to each their own I guess.
