- Mcculloch Pro Mac also in Sweden ! :-) Never touched or had any of those before. Buckin Billy Ray Smith...brags about them...and I think he is an expert, ... so...
I was very exited...and here you can see the first test run. Nobody know the history of the saw...it just came along with a lot i bought from a barn on the roadside. He advertised...he had allot of saws needed to get rid of...and in the lot...there it was ! :-) 54 cc and should deliver HP for what i consider big saw. I do not know much of the ultra big ones...80-100 cc. Not my world he he. I think it looks promising and happy to now own one. Nice design...sounds mean also...he he and should be able to have several of twenty inches bar. Heard exiting things about porting and 28 inches...but I am not professional ..so I stick with the 20 " and original version...until else needed. The recoil rope needed fix...and the saw...you can see at the end if it worked or not he he ! :-)
I had to dig my rope out too....exactly like that. Whatever metal they used was a MISTAKE. Much easier with the pin through the rope .....no knot.
I got given a 10-10 for free last year, just needed to add some fresh fuel and clean the plug.
Now my cord has started to not return all the way.
edit: so looks like I have to turn the pulley to tighten the spring a bit more..... I already took that out, took about 40mins to wind it in again lol
Good saws. The end of the spring on yours...might be broken...and thats why it starts to be like that...or you might lucky and need only to turn it tighter a couple of rounds...and should be able to do...with out taking it apart.
