That would make the resistors form a Delta connection. To solve that, you simply convert that delta connection into a wye connection. That "redrawn" wye connection can now be calculated as normal parallel/series connection and eventually solving the currents and voltage for each resistors. The formula for conversion of wye to delta conmection (vice-versa) is too long. An advance way to calculate the current and volatge of this question can be done by using Nodal Analysis or Mesh Analysis. But Mesh analysis is more better on this example in my opinion.
