    Good afternoon watching from New York. Like the top pillar but think it would show more beauty to make it little higher, all the beauty in the back have u guys desided if u will add two pillars on second level in the middle porch or I would have put a half pillar on the ground level that will give the front of the building a rich look. Have u decided on a name for the BNB. Plastic should be removed cause when the sun hit u will have more trouble to get it off. Love u guys nice team work.

      @barbarafrancis22 Месяц назад +1

      Presently u have one pillar in the center of the ground floor it makes it look odd but if u put not a full square pillar but hal pillar on each side of entrance porch of the shops from top to bottom to complete the look think about it

      @@kinzababe1 am glad to be apart of u n super shady journey I might start my dream house journey n Antigua very soon. I look forward every day to watch it channel. My land is already fenced. I planted maze melon okra bell peppers cassava coconut trees mango soursop sugar apple plums spinach papaya watermelon plus fox tail palms n nice flowers. Boganvilla plant is my favorite I have various colors I planted so when I see u on ur land am totally excited. Yeah but seriously think about the colums n the front. I did 1yr of interior n drafting school. I already drew my own plan jus waiting to lift off the project so my ideas are very decorative

    Good morning Kinza & Super Shady. Windows are in....wow, are they just pinned in with screws or cement, because of that lip design? I know in the islands, we put concrete around them because we build for hurricanes. How are they pinned in? I can't wait to see the design you guys chose to go around the windows. I saw some artisans doing those designs and I was like, wow, I would get that when I build my home. With the casement windows, do they have something to keep them stiff from strong gust of winds slamming them? I have no experience with casements.

    • @kinzababe1
      @kinzababe1  Месяц назад +1

      The pinned with screws and will be sealed with pop cement. No hurricanes 🌀 🙏🫶🏾🇬🇭👍

  • @kuperdee
    @kuperdee Месяц назад

    Why did they remove the plastic on the window at this stage? In this place, the window manufacturer protects the windows after installation with plastic and sheets. It is only removed when all works are finished, painting done and during the full house cleaning. Anyway, each country is different.

    • @kinzababe1
      @kinzababe1  Месяц назад +1

      Because the sun and the heat melts the plastic and it is very hard to remove.🙏🫶🏾🇬🇭

    • @Ahiyti-23
      @Ahiyti-23 Месяц назад

      It's OK to leave the plastic on until work complete, the sun wouldn't melt it so quickly. It's only when you leave for a long period of time, you will have this problem, a couple of weeks should be fine leaving it on there.

      Using masking tape and sheets of paper on all the windows frames and glass will be expensive but if you could afford it, it will save you big time. ruclips.net/video/TD7GeRNesOk/видео.htmlsi=rxvWnGNJjTvSGQrF
