Thank you for your videos, I’ve suffered with low back pain for years (bulging discs). I’ve found this very helpful and I’m hoping to progress to upper levels as I regain more strength. 😊😊

Hi Dr. Baird, I just wanted to thank you for all of your incredible videos you provide. I am a nurse, and have viewed many workouts on RUclips but am so impressed with your attention to accuracy, technique and progression that I am hooked! In this video, you make a comment how about building strength for pain is different than for strength for general health. Would you ever consider doing an overall body strength video with the different levels so that us folks who get stronger using your workouts for pain, can progress further? Again, I can't say enough about the difference your programs have made in my back pain!

So happy to hear the workouts have been helping. The Level 3 and 4 workouts are closer to workouts for general health. After that it gets a bit tougher because you start working in reps, heavier weights with more rest time…harder to make videos of. But I can think about how to create a pdf of those workouts.

Hello, I was looking in your Amazon store for the long red band you used for the bridges and didn't see them. Do you have a link? Your videos are fantastic! Thank you and Merry Christmas!

The bands are in the store under the home gym set up. I just checked the link and it looks like they want you to buy a set, which is annoying. If you search ‘Functional Fitness Bands’ in Amazon the single red band should pop up. Just bought some for my clinic!

I am for the second time doing all these exercises. Thank you so much, great help. feel so much better, no pain at all. I am wondering is it possible to do my toe taps without touching the floor with my foot moving when returning to the centre? Thank you doctor

Yep, totally fine not to tap as long as you're maintaing your balance throughout.

Just found your page and this simple workout has already helped me. How many times a day or week do you recommend we do this?

Love it! In my clinic we recommend 4x/week for two weeks before moving to level 2. Good luck!

Should we do the full 30 minutes the first time?

Workout is split into 2 rounds. I would go through the first round and then see how you feel.
