@@solutionpharmacy again 11:11 to 11:25 you were talking about anticholinestrase and in last you said acetylcholinestrase is the reason due to which acetylcholine is not degrading.......I am not doubting on your knowledge infact your knowledge is outstanding and i also understand it happen sometimes because terms are confusing but you should focus on it because viewers are increasing day by day on your video

Sir .. in a book it is given that muscarinic action on CVS is bradycardia and hypotension , ganglionic stimulation would tend to increase hear rate and blood pressure.. i am confused...u said that Bradycardia will decrease the heart rate ..... ...
Sir, does irreversible anti cholinesterase mean they will always keep breaking cholinesterase enzyme ?? Is it for lifetime ? Kindly clear it and thank you so much .
No, it means that the irreversible drugs keeps the choline esterase inhibited for ever. But that doesn't mean we will have increased ach forever that's because new choline esterase are synthesized
