I worked at the Clarke Cooke House for 8 years, I had the keys to the door you're standing in front of, they even had me hoisting the flags on the flagpole, I also saw Ted Turner when I went down to the dock to retrieve the trash, he was leaning over the railing beyond those Adirondack chairs to the right of that light post checking out his America's Cup boat Courageous, he had it moored there, good times

I love Newport ! I live a hour away in ct and I drive out there on the weekends during the summer and. I've been to alot of the places that you have shown shopping and eating I also like to go out during the x-mass season to see the X-mass decorations on Belview Ave

Replace the train bridge over the Sakonnet River and rebuild the rail line to Fall River and take advantage of the MBTA South Coast Rail. Parking and traffic problems solved.
