  • www.mybackloop.com. Non-Surgical Treatment Spinal Decompression, portable and affordable.
    The BACKLOOP is a truly portable spinal decompression device that is particularly effective at targeting disc protrusions and disc herniations. The Backloop allows you to prevent spinal degeneration from starting, because it induces motion into the spine and its discs. Using the Backloop as directed decompresses the spine because of the pumping action of the discs, (similar to a traditional decompression traction table) as shown on the youtube video youtube/CF4U3OOi77o .......An inversion table which simply stretches the spinal muscles, ligaments and discs, without the pumping action, is not performing decompression. If it did they would have live action video fluoroscopy demo on video! Spinal decompression helps everyone by improving flexibility and posture. The Backloop is only 4 lbs. and installs in 1 minute, and treatments only take a few minutes a day.

      There is a study that shows that increasing fiber intake tightens the LES. A separate study also shows that taking 3 mg each night of Melatonin tightens the LES as well. Another separate study shows that belly breathing 15 minutes per day which strengthens the diagphram, also tightens the LES. So all these 3 things would be helpful. Small, low acid, bland meals. The final meal should be finished 4-6 hours before bed. The last meal should be a high carb low to no protein meal, like pasta. It will digest fast, generate little acid to digest. Most of it digests in your mouth anyway. No burping. There is a good recipe on youtube, 3 ingrediant meals making a vegan mac and cheese using oat milk, nutritional yeast for the cheese sauce and any type of pasta which is good. When sleeping, sleep on your left side and also inclined. In the morning suck on 2 DGL licorice tablets. An hour later, gargle with alkaline water 9.5+ which you can find in any big grocery stores. Also buy a little spray bottle and spray your throat. Also inhale while you spray to get the spray onto your vocal chords. Rest your voice as much as possible. Do not eat anything under a PH of 5 for at least 4 weeks. Gentle walks after each meal will aid digestion. Try to relax and not stress. Stress just slows digestion and worsens acid reflux. Listen to relaxing music. Relaxing walks and breathe gently. Standing is better than sitting. No lying down during the day.

      @@Googlesepuchtehai I also recommend taking a good full spectrum digestive enzyme with your meal taken about 10 minutes before you start eating. It really helps strengthen your digestion so the food digests faster and you also absorb more nutrients from your food.

    Doc, I'm age 77 (6'2", 190#) in reasonably good health except, LPR, slight scoliosis, & weaker diaphragm with LPR. You guidelines are all spot-on. I had bypass @ age 53, & an aortic stent placed at age 63, so all in all life is good. No one in my family had made age 75 - parents & 3 sisters. LPR is a nuisance - lot of phlegm waking up, no acid reflux. Silent reflux.

      According to him its strengthening the diaphram. So that the flap stays closed since the diaphram surrounds the LES. It aint that easy to strengthen though. At laeast to the point you close your LES. Maybe itll work for you.

    But the diaphragm logic would mean that singers would be the least vulnerable to this, but I'm finding many professional singers struggle with this.

    • @chucktillotson4714
      @chucktillotson4714 2 года назад

      I have found a few singers that do struggle with this as well. When that occurs, their is often also a pelvic floor issue concurrent with the diaphragm weakness. Much like the foundation of a house causing the ceiling to crack. Treating and solving a single health issue is isolation is not always the answer and is sometimes not going to work. Much like the shootings we just had in Texas this past week, its not just assess to guns, its mental health and so much more.

    So how do you strengthen the muscle? I have also been on omeprazole about 5 years ....is it too late for me to come off them?

    • @mybackloop
      @mybackloop  8 лет назад +6

      Before you change anything, strengthen your diaphragm, a lot. Never change any drug without talking with your doctor. Once your diaphragm is strong, this can take 20-30 days, (2-3 X day) then slowly decrease your meds (doctors permission).
      If your still good, then 20-30 later again, increase stomach acid with apple cider vinegar first(10 days), and then try betaine HCL. (2-3 capsules per meal to start). Reach out to me again if you decide to do this. Dr. C

    Hello Dr Chuck, greetings from Nepal! I was recently diagnosed with GERD as a result of H Pylori infection . After two weeks of antibiotics and PPI, the doctor has advised me to continue with the PPI for a month in order to heal the esophagus. My symptoms continue on and off and I have been doing some online research that is when I came upon your eye-opening video. Please advise me: Should i continue my PPI or seek ayurvedic treatment. What should I do? Huge thanks in anticipation of your kind response!!!

I choose not to take PPI medications prescribed by my doctor. I have now started Apple Cider Vinegar and making some changes to my diet. I am hopeful it will work.
      Try taking ACV and see if it helps you.
