You can reduce the amount of details in your models and then you can load those "dummies" instead, in order to improve the perfomance in the assembly workbench.
Hai sir. I searched the internet over & over for the design/assembly/simulation of wankel rotary engine By CATIA V5 I didn't find any videos. But found some videos of wankel rotary engine by solidworks. I followed the steps nd sucessful completed design nd assembly but I failed in CATIA_DMU kinematics(simulation). Please help me sir in CATIA.

Regarding surfaces you have to go for Catia or Siemens NX. Fusion is not as powerful as those two.

That is strange, because the size of the dimensions adjusts usually automatically.
