One for All has 7(?) quirks manifested into one and if Deku had his mother's quirk (forgot what's it called) but was still given OFA, then he'll have 8 quirks- and if he finds a successor for OFA then that person will have 8 quirks already, not adding if the succeding person already has a quirk or not and it goes on and on until OFA literally has all the possible combinations of quirks
