I never knew to cut into the body of the top to be able to shape the sleeve into it. I always ran a line of stitching on the sleeve and tried to fit it that way. Sometimes I would get little gathers or puckers that I just couldn't get out. What a good idea.
I am so happy I've found your video channel! I'm just getting back into sewing for my dolls after many years away. Your methods will definitely make putting the garments together less frustrating! Thank you! 🥰

So glad my tip helped!
I love the way you show stitching the facing and the lining together. So much easier than trying to sew it like a regular seam.
Putting the facing on almost like an applique and the new way (to me) of inserting the sleeve. Thank you coming up with these amazing ideas!
Glad it was helpful! I hope this makes a difference in your future projects :)
Great visual tutorial on arm sleeve attachment

Yay! That's fun to hear :) Happy to be of help!
Great way to do this
I am looking forward to clipping curved neckline which helps to make less bulk when folded under
Wow it’s like rocket science
I have never seen the facing/lining joining. It looks much easier to manage.
