So one thing about CM that I think bears mentioning, she extends buffs, including procs. She has 7 seconds instead of 5. That makes her nearly ALWAYS on proc. Which makes her slightly easier to play and more forgiving for mistakes
Sw t4 make sw work exactly like cm.

Even If SW is onpar with Jean. SW useability is too limited because developers are not ready to change type from other to human.
all in all Wanda is my number one priority. it doesn’t matter how weak how strong or how outdated her character gets she will always get the best pve build for any of my characters on my roster. i have a lot.

Would be cool if they made the other species mean they have no species restrictions. So instead of it being it a big restriction for them it would make them just more useful. I would like them to do the same for characters without a gender and that are neutral sided (especially these two as it wouldn’t affect the meta much imo).

@nicolaskidd1507 Scarlet and quicksilver included aren't mutants. In the comics, they are just made to believe they were. But they don't have the x genes that give mutants their powers.

They should be Mutants, they are kids of Magneto, they are shown as kids of Erik in X-Men 97’ too, they are not Humans, they should be Mutants. For now they’re ‘Other’.

She’s good at at t4 but I think the problem is Jean’s existence, she’s basically the same cost as Jean and Jean outclasses her by a mile bc she’s better at everything else the scarlet can do, so I’d say if you love the character go t4 her but if not then it depends if you have Jean built up

for a character with "fast movement" she really is slow as fuck tho.. buff her movement speed netmarble otherwise she is AMAZING, by FAR the best looking uniform they have released in a LOONG time and great skills.

they dont know ( or dont want to ) make strong universals for pve that arent behind some paywall unis 10% better than someone thats 6 months old isnt good.
Yeah all the unis released lately have all been weak or really bad and most have the same damage output which makes no sense

WANDA SIMPS ASSEMBLE
Wanda is insanely strong. I t4ed her immediately after the update dropped and tested her in abx. She scored 14 mil with nick fury lead and valkyrie support (first try no practice). For reference my t4 luna scores 15-16 mil in abx (with a lot of practice and near perfect rotations). Overall I think this uniform is perfect, the look, animations, performance, everything. My only nitpick is they didn’t change her t3
Do you think she'll do as good or almost as good with CTP Judgement?
@@danielperanginangin5981 I have a mighty rage on her and personally I think that’s better cuz procing to me is annoying. Also the game mode where she shines the most is abx/abl and rage is always better in ab
Not worth only for abx/abl , as alex said she lacks in wbl , so not gonna waste crystals this update
She is not meta for anything....CM(Much cheaper in cost wise) outscores her in abx, abl. In wbl, SW is very frail where CM is very tanky. Even Thor T4 with new uni clears wbl much faster....I won't recommend players to t4 SW for now
@@SatyaVani-fq1fl exactly , NM just drops unis and takes away our hard earned crystals , where there have no use because there are already characters that fit our PVE requirements
I would say she needs a buff, especially since she’s so limited by restrictions in WBL. Since you can rarely use her, when she can be used, she should be very strong
13:30 in answer to this, a buff I think she could've had was another frenzy buff on one of ker skills, like 30% atk and dfs or something, her hp recovery from 20% to 25%, and accumulation a lil bit higher than 0.5%. I'm not saying she needs this buffs, but it was what I expected, and if the devs buff her with something like this, I think it would be perfect
4:43 SW has Chaos Magic tag, which means she deals 15% more damage while receiving 15% less from Phoenix Force. So comparison vs. Jean WBL isn't most fair. I loved her animations, skills, uni options and power increase though.
Black bolt is paywall uniform so I think it's fair

I am a fan of wanda... And although i would have liked to see atleast 10% more out of her its still a great update none the less. I just wish they did something for ger tier 3 skill to improve it, visually as well as in terms of damage
I have black bolt nearly t4d so i will continue with that but i am going to invest in scarlet witch. Crystals are a bit of a concern because i want to use them in secret shop but i think it's still worth it to buy her uni.
The increase active buff along with a rage should be pretty good for gbr as well
I got super lucky with one-shotting Quicksilvers potential, so I got him sat at level 80 currently, Wanda I am happy to take my time with am not really into the ABX/ABL meta so not really that worried about building her, whereas Quicksilver will be useful even if not meta-defining for PVP, otherworld battle in particular.
She was clearing stages of Kang and Jean no other T3 level 70 could clear on my account . So I definitely can’t wait to T4 her.

For me, im okay with investing in sw over cm. Mainly, i haven't invested fully into CM and haven't put a lot of resources into the team up collection as well.
I'm loving her new uni, but her T3 remaing the same and she still being "Other" type really are a downside, she and Pietro would be much more appealing to buy if they were mutants for these unis. For a game with so many species or "Allies", Inhumans and Other types are completely ignored as requirements, and updates (for Inhumans). My copium is a future update where NM changes her T3 in this uni.
They do need to improve her movement speed for sure. It's not all about accumulation but hers is 0.5% and she's up there. An increase of 0.1% compared to the old uniform 😂. Just imagine it being at 1%.
Netmarble should really know how to balance characters, especially omega characters..they lack that..
Although, the uni is good, but she feels light weight, it doesn't ring anything powerful, the effects are just plain..they should have given her better.. They should check out marvel heroes omega, back in 2017, that game really gave the characters their stuff, including scarlet witch.. overall, the uni is cool, with the cosmic space design on her hair and tail part of the outfit..
Also..I think it's about time they give us the "dash" button..we deserve it.
Looking back. I didn't notice they applied that modern "galaxy" (infinity) effect. For artists this effect is achieved by applying that effect to the gloss and glow textures respectively and not to the base texture. You can animate them though it isn't needed and this does not look to be. When the character moves in the lighting this will simply have the illusion of movement. It is a very easy effect to apply though just using some sparkles/stars in a pattern. They seem to have finished it off by applying a faded gradient to the base texture, also a common technique to give the sparkles a backdrop.

it happens when reduce the graphics to very low. but it's better for higher graphics.
I used the same team as you in wbl jean and I was pleased with her damage but i do agree she deserves a buff. I think she deserves Jean level dominance in pve. But I am not mad at her performance at all presently.
So basically, do to team up collections. Characters will technically prove better than almost any character that doesn't have a team up collection, so Scarlet Witch gets shafted again like other characters. Just as i thought she would.
Who else is getting the Netmarble treatment next, I wonder.

every uni older than 2 years sucks. except 6 month or 1 year (f.e. Thanos) I think wolverine uni would be the same with Deadpool movie update

i did return recently and have a semi okish build scarlett witch with the "all new all different" uniform, really wondering if getting this one is worth or i should save crystals for getting jean (i am kind of close in crystals to buying her epic quest)

I think the devs missed hard.
I wouldve given her a new passive/sifferent passive called probability manipulation thats giver her random buffs at a set precent ?the first two 30 or 35 percent maybe and the thurd 15 or 20) ignore defense, up crit dmg, or crit rate, strength, defense, or heal on all ability cast.
Given her a bit more crowd control
A tier 2 new passive called Pure chaos with crit rate, high penetrate, and increase danage and bonus dmg (really just a name change)
Her leadership should honestly have higher energy dmg percent then 45.
And a better heal effect cause the 20 percent she gets on her fifth skill kinda sucks! And for a character who alleged got a speed buff shes still kinda slow.
Wanda maximoff is literally one of the most poeerful characters in comics this uniform shouldve been on the level of Dark Phoenix Jean 😭 thats just me personally but im always happy with more wanda content.
Wbl is irrelevant anyway because it’s pointless to go beyond stage 9 in any of them.

I don’t think she needs a buff tbh I’m happy with her performance but it wouldn’t kill them to change her typing from other to human or even mutant, both could be accurate depending on where you’re pulling the source from. Other makes absolutely 0 sense for her and even for quicksilver
Her 4th skill looks like what Iceman T3 should be..his skill animation long as hell for no reason
They really need to make her faster. she's so close to being a speed run character for story missions but her movement speed holds her back more than her skills do.
I tried her at level 70 with CTP of energy and her damage was shit.

I don't think she needs a buff.
But she definitely needs an improvement to her Movement Speed (Her tag is literally Fast Movement) what were the Devs thinking?, change her T3 skill animation, and also maybe change her Allies to Mutant, so that she actually becomes relevant and since she is actually a Mutant from the Comics.
In the comics, Wanda and Pietro are NOT Mutants (they have stopped being so since 2014), but they are not Humans either, in that sense the Others category is definitely the most appropriate to define them. But it's true, developers should stop recycling so many things, many T3 animations are already starting to look old compared to the new graphics.
yeah, CM is the way to go, it seems. She is cheaper, more useful (human) and has the team up collection. Scarlet needed to be OP (and just parallel to CM) to make me pick her. I will wait for f2p adventures abl/abx videos before making my final decision

Does this uniform make her good at 2% pierce against Dormammu?
No, 2% pierce is almost impossible to do damage against him, I know his hp got nerfed but still, you need at least 10% pierce to actually be able to clear him consistently fast, so stick with whales carrying you

You can practice any stage of abx/abl whenever you want now, they added that feature a few months ago. It won't give you the rewards, but you can play it

It is a fair comparison. You want to compare characters with the best possibilities. Unfair would be if you didnt use the 5% pierce because its part of the game and you want to know which one is strongest in the end. When you compare 2 cars in a race you dont make sure that both cars have the same amout of gears, the same weight etc. You do the comparison with whats given and the team up collection is now a part of the game
Yes it is part of the game but team up collection of CM is paywall only so it won't matter to majority of the player base

She's definitely underpowered..like sometimes here lately I've been wondering why I play this game they keep releasing characters all with the same damage even at tier 4 which makes zero sense and no new game modes like once your done with your dailies you can't even enjoy the game
For her cost, she should be stronger.
If you buy t2 6 star scarlet witch it will cost you 7300 crystal it's better to get quick silver hist cheaper 4500 crystal t2 6 star
why does everyone use Power of Angry Hulk? the Ignore Defense is a wasted stat. IMO Hawk's Eye is better.
People use it mainly for attack speed and the ignore defense, veterans like me use it for attack speed that’s it, hawk’s eye is better if you lack cooldown, overall I think overdrive is the best

Rage is overall better for her since she doesn't have elemental dmg but only energy Wich does nothing with judgement ctp that ctp is depending on elemental dmg
