The gathering pall should not bounce over the tooth it has just pulled through. It should " just miss" the tip of that tooth, before engaging the next tooth.

I had one of these thought it was so similar to synchronome technology
I agree I have a Sychronome clock from the 1950 it is the same technology somebody has copied😀😀😀
