I love that we have the agile manifesto which contains 4 short points, the first of them is "Individuals and interactions over processes and tools", it was translated to 69 languages and yet we have SAFe framework.
A side note: A good Scrum master knows when they should leave the SCRUM processes and when should they apply them.
