I’m loving this video! A fantastic area which definitely needs more air play so I appreciate you bringing PTMF to YT. I concur with many of your points. Working in consultation with others, this is naturally my style of enquiry before knowing anything about PTMF. I have experienced first hand the power of working with someone to understand, gain confidence to reveal and feel fully accepting of their own story. It’s incredibly healing. So in some ways I see PTMF as more of a tool, with diagnosis perhaps being the first step to accessing this. Politically I have several concerns with psychiatric care which are perhaps too complex or controversial to explain here, however I do think understanding someone’s story is really at the heart of why alternative, holistic, humanistic, private care is so effective. I hope this is the beginning of a revolution to all social, health, care systems where we give more reverence to the person and encourage ownership of healing through collaboration - even if this is as a result of the individual actions a practitioner during their consultations or challenging the thinking of colleagues and other practitioners to consider another perspective

Does this model work with addictions such as gambling
It is a versatile model that can be applied to a range of settings and addictions would be an interesting one to think about!
