I'm a huge fan of Aprilia "reborn" and trully hope that in the second part of the season both guys "El Capitain" and "Top Gun" will achieve podiums and wins. Same Miguel, It seems he really good feels the bike, but needs some luck. Thanks for this material.

That RSV4 looks every bit a WSBK- or MotoGP worthy motorcycle. Very mean, focused and angry. The black and red is badass.

I had the original RSV4 Factory (1000cc) a few years ago and even back then it was like butter on corner entry and that sound with the Akra was full on MotoGP.
This human being is just special! Even in the training leather suit he has a memory for Luis Salom. You deserve all the good that you achieve in your life. Full gas Mav!

I did an stats comparison a few years ago on Maverick - His stats are incredible, I don't think he gets enough credit for what he's achieved.
What did he achieve? He's the perennial upcoming boy living on a potential that never comes in reality.
No offense to Mav, but we all tired of him, honestly. It's the same with Jack Miller.
People riding in MotoGP for quite ten years and we all know what they can do or not. Their level already been exposed

Can someone please tell me.... why in the hell is aprilia NOT in WSBK ????
Budget. They've only been a real MotoGP factory team for a couple years which is when they started getting results. Before that they had a prototype bike but ran under an independent team and didn't do development like the "big boys" and before that they literally ran a WSBK spec RSV4 in the GP class. I think their parent company Piaggio looked at what Ducati accomplished under Audi ownership and decided to put a real effort into GP development and support and now they're getting podiums and wins and selling more bikes at retail. However, they're not Audi so I don't think they can put the same effort into multiple championships without some serious sacrifices.

@@itzerisadomeeiot4980 Doesn't it make sense to sell the bike you race? Not exactly selling copies of the aprilia GP bike to the public. They had already won a couple WSBK championships... honestly makes no sense why they would pull out of that series. The GP season is WAY more expensive than the WSBK, everyone knows that.

If nothing else you should be hired as a consultant for social media content and editing for all the major championships. I couldn't imagine what footage you could get with access to those $100k cameras.
