I found the Si muffler on Carid.com, it was an OE Si replacement that was "blemished". I ended up getting it for around $80 I wanna say. I'm honestly surprised with how much it made a difference and how much I love it.

Is the stock exhaust piping from the LX the same as the Si?

@@D_S_T As far as the muffler is concerned, yes. It just needs to be sedan or coupe specific.

did you end up using a donut flange in between your muffler and midpipe?

I did end up putting a new one in, yes. I didn't have any issues before it with exhaust leaking out.

@@cameronw125 I actually just bought a generic one from advance auto😂 it worked great, just check the diameter. I wanna say it wasn't even $10. But excited to hear you're about to install the muffler!

Hows your mpg with the si exhaust probably waste more gas for sure

All it is is a muffler, so nothing changes performance, just sound. And actually, with all mods done, I get better gas mileage than I've ever got. Before I was getting mid to upper 20s, now I've been sitting around 30mpg, even hit 31 & 32 on a few tanks.
