- We reveal the finalists of the Animal Behaviour round of the Pangolin Photo Challenge Wildlife Photography competition. These stunning wildlife images will be whittled down to just one winning photograph to be announced at the end of the week.

So many incredible images - some of them were overflowing with emotion and power. Really, really stunning.
The jackal jumping for the bird is exceptional, and the flying fish also stands out in my books :-)

Absolutely fabulous collection. Lion grappling the giraffe, jackal flying to catch the bird. The ape holding the flower, 2 Lion cubs playing .

I don't envy having to judge those - for me the "whispering" Baboon's - then the Cheetah Cubs - followed by the backlit baby Elephant underneath Moms legs. fantastic images all around

WOW! Everyone is a winner. My favorite are the two Puffins
The action picture of the coyote leaping to grab the bird is amazing.
The spirit bear carrying the salmon is beautiful.
The baby elephant standing in the legs of the adults is sweet.
These are my picks in order of preference.
The photo of the Whispering apes is also a very strong contender.
The photos at 1:46 and 2:13 of the wolf running towards the camera, and the ? coyote leaping at the bird with it’s mouth open are my faves, but definitely lots of amazing photos to choose from.
Great choices...I think that was a Jackal though as opposed to a Coyote.

I also thought it was a coyote, because we don't have jackals in Alberta, Canada
The rhinos, silhouette of deer with red background, elephants in a line..the monkey with the stick in fruit, flying fish, catepillar. Decision based on what i would hang on wall. All absolutely stunning, wow
All are stunning! But I keep coming back to the coyote and bird at 2:13 as my favorite.
Great shot but that a Black Backed Jackal. Looks very similar...just thats an African version!

So difficult to chose but the one that stood out for me was the black panther with the rim light.

Top 3 for me: 8 lions drinking, silhouette of wild dogs & large elephant in mud… but they were all great!
