Actually his speed wasn't anything special, though he is incredible in gaining cards from his lower right ( that's where his speed is superb, but that's natural for everyone....he's right handed and the lower right side is on his side, so naturally he will be taking cards very well/easily.....the other right side is on the opponents side and it takes longer to get to any card in the opponents side then yours ), everywhere else he's still high level but the speed in general is not special for this caliber of karuta, so he resorts to being aggressive by hitting many cards at once, what's special about him is his hearing and his technique ( such as passing under his opponents hand to gain a card....he really is quite aggressive, I think if he does 100's of practice swings and raise his speed....there's really no way to stop him.....raising his accuracy would also make him a monster but most players of this caliber like to get rid of many cards in order to gain an advantage which was seen many times by both players this game.
i feel like Kawasaki's hair style is effecting the other player ... Like he can't get comfortable poses with Kawasaki's hair on the way xD But Kawasaki is awesome ♡ So fast ~
