Hi Love your tutorials! Its great to get a refresher in CSS. Do you know how to modify a form to alter the drop-down selection and make the choices all visible at the same time like just a list of tick boxes? I'd be open to trying a CSS override if necessary.
Hi Rebecca, thank you so much! Amazing video. QQ - how to move button to make all field in one horizontal line? Example - Name, Emal, Phone and the last button Submit? Thank you so much!
Hi Rebecca! Thank you for such an insightful and helpful video. I've implemented all 3 CSS codes for the title, caption, and message, and it was all great. What I'm having trouble with is next to one of the line submissions, it states (required) after email and name. The "required" is not in the same font and I'm stuck on what to do next. Please advise, thank you!!
If you haven't already solved this, I have some code that works to either style the "required" font text, or remove the "required" text altogether and replace it with an asterisk (or any text you want) -- feel free to check it out & see if it works for you! docs.google.com/document/d/1b5N9v1Gsx0AQvGc1hyUEAViPTeol9YjF4iFr4Xrlw9M/edit?usp=sharing
Hi Rebecca, I just started using Sqaurespace and your content has been helping me out a lot! Do you know if there is a way to tag a form? I am setting up 2 landing pages and want to see which one gets more leads but can't seem to find a way to tag the forms!
There are a few ways to do this depending on how you have it set up and which email marketing system you are using for the forms. How I have done this in the past, is redirect them to different Thank You Pages after sign up. Then use Google Analytics and Google Data Studio to track which page gets more views.
Thank you for this. Is there any way to customize the output of the form when it arrives via email instead of Squarespace's standard format? A client would like the form submission to look like the actual form itself (similar to Google Forms when they may look at each form response) individually.
No. Unfortunately, you cannot edit this email. However, you could link it to their Google Drive so that it collects the responses in a Spreadsheet. You could also embed a Google Form.
When you copy and pasted the selectors, did you find those in dev tools? It would be better if you showed that step, but no biggy. I like your channel so far, thanks.
Hello! I am not sure what you mean. I write my code inside the Custom CSS box (or Code Header Injections) inside of Squarespace. As far as I know, the most recent version of Squarespace doesn't have a Developer Mode.
@@RebeccaGraceDesigns Thank you for the reply, yeah I think it is classic mode that allows for more dev stuff, but does not seem to be needed for 90% of things.

Glad you like the videos! Yes, I use Chrome Dev Tools to find the selectors.
I just want to change the button to Large to match the rest of my site - how do I do that? Thank you!
Instead of changing it to large you can use CSS to add more padding and change the font so that it looks just like your large buttons.
Do you write code in the local repo that you can clone via SS dev mode?

Hey Rebecca, do you still experience low RPM?
It has gone up a bit but not back to what it was.
