I needed this video this morning to remind me my house renno is not a lost cause. I know this video was a new build but, it reminded me of my Dad building and made my heart and soul feel a little stronger. I’ve had a bad experiennce with a couple companies messing up my house foundation and have been in a holding pattern for over a year. It’s caused horrible depression and I hope things can get back on track for my house and my emotions. Your video made me want to build again. Thank you.
It’s been almost 4 years of one step at a time. I look forward to the project being done and the day I can enjoy it. Have a great rest of the Thanksgiving weekend.
Ken, I’mmwatching you use the nail gun and remember building 95% of my whole, 2 story home with a hammer, lol. Didn’t get air tools until I bought a Brad nailer to install tongue and groove cedar in my living room up to the cathedral ceiling, my bedroom, and Florida room/office. Love my air and battery tools. Nice video.

Ken, how much did that house weigh/ or add to the trailer? It looks like it should be a tandem axle for a tiny home, but I’m no engineer, just seems heavy for single?awesome job as usual. How long did it take to complete? I think you touched on it when you did the video of the new owners?
It may look easy but all that tongue and groove wood is tedious and time consuming, but beautiful. Nothing like wood. I used 8” tongue and groove cedar about 35 years ago, never touched it, no finish, no nothing and it’s as beautiful or more, than the day it was installed, guess it lasts forever, compared to drywall and paint?

It weighs around 6,000 pounds. It is tandem axle. The trailer is rated for this load. I was 2 or 3 months building this part time
