Can someone help me with this question: If each stack goes up to 165 lbs, and the weight ratio of this machine is 2:1, does it mean that you are actually pulling twice less that what is written on the stack, or is the stack actually twice heavier than what is written on it?
@@gianmariabelardi9228 hey G how’s it going. I talked to a few people who tried both. Basically they said it’s all a matter of preference. If you like using a smith machine (which I do) then you will like the scs cage system. Some people I talked to didn’t like the way you have to switch from cables to the bar others didn’t mind it. Another deciding factor was space. The scs is wider due to smith machine. So if you don’t have a lot of space you might want to go with the FT2. And last the scs smith machine uses plates so you have to buy plates for it which is more money you need to spend. The FT2 doesn’t need plates. So it really is about preference. If you have the space and you have the money to buy plates and you just love the feel of a smith machine then that’s the one for you. If you don’t have much space and don’t have the money for plates and you never used or liked the smith machine or just don’t care I which one you want to use then the FT2 is probably the one you want. Again that’s from talking to others. I have not tried them yet myself.

Yo, my dude... i just bought one of these and I'm 6'4". The only thing I can't really do is the calve raises (unless I bend at the knee)... everything else works just fine. I'd guess this guy is 5'7" or so.
@@jeffteran1113 yo thanks man !! I want to be able to stand straight if I ever decide to do lunges or squat with the Smith for fun and wide enough for my arms too I dont want my elbows touching the sides or something
@@bus2122 yeah...i had the same concerns. it's really well put together, you shouldn't have any issues hitting the sides with your arms or anything like that, unless you're maybe 6'6" or super broad/wide. You could easily do Olympic grip on the bench etc. Also, the smith bar (the red bar) is wide like a normal bench bar, which I like too...
La maquina perfecta😮
Acabo de aprender nuevos ejercicios con la Smith
¡Qué tal! ¿dónde puedo encontrarla en México?, o es posible, ¿que puedan importarla a México? Agradeceré su respuesta. Saludos desde México
