Chickens eat house flies and their larvae (maggots), which are a high-protein treat for them. While chickens enjoy foraging for them to reduce populations in the coop, consuming excessive amounts of houseflies can occasionally transmit tapeworms or bacteria to the chickens.
I don't think the machine is big enough for a african or a Indian person 🤔
When I lived offgrid in Montana, the flies were quite bad. I used those hardware store fly traps. A bag with putrid egg solids. Has a weird opening for flies to get in. Just add a little bit of water to activate. Hang by a string on a tree, not too close to the cabin. On a ten-acre wooded parcel in the mountains, I would hang two or three of these. Replace them in about five or six weeks. It really cuts down on the fly bites. I also hung two or three wasp traps. Couldn't do anything about the ticks, though. Best thing for that is to trim the grass and vegetation back. I have experimented with spraying a solution with a tiny bit of oil, dish soap, garlic, bee balm, mint, etc. Spray that around the general cabin yard area. Bugs don't like it, or it blocks their ability to smell your blood for a while.
Get some chickens and ducks. I haven't found a tick in the 2 years I've had the birds.
I hear ticks hate the smell of garlic, I live in tick country and got lyme from one.

Pheasants are supposed to be great for ticks
If you place dry ice on the ground it will draw all the ticks in. They come in for the chemicals released from the dry ice . Each spot will draw for about 50 yards . Use to do that for Oklahoma college to check tick population.

just get a container you dont use any more put some sort of fruit juice in it with washing up liquid in it too and cover the vcup with cling film make a hole in it big enough for flies to get in once they take some of the juice and washing liquid it hurts the digestive system and they die

Start gardening. It really doesn't take much effort after planting to maintain (unless in a desert). It is an easy way to supplement easy to grow plants like lettuce, tomatoes, radish, carrots, zucchini, cucumbers, etc.
And you can do a lot more with space than you'd initially think. If severely limited in growing space, look into square foot gardening or vertical planters (as in the tall ones with many, many holes for plants not just 3). Or if broke how to build a vertical planter out of pvc or a raised garden bed with 2x4s.
