When you play EAFC24, FIFA 23 suddenly feels majestic (a game most of the people hated on because you could just pace down the sideline with Al-Owairan and cut back for a goal). FIFA 23 is my favorite FIFA in the 2020s. Ultimate team was even better, it was a harder more physical realistic gameplay. Unlike FC 24 and 25, they change the basic passing controls gameplay and overall balance into a more arcade broken game.

I would say go back to the older FIFA's coz basically everything from FIFA 16 onwards was when the endless decline started. Coz FIFA 14 and 15 had their issues but they were still prime FIFA. The best one in my opinion to go back to is between FIFA 08 and FIFA 10 especially FIFA 10 i have so much fond memories of.
I still play this game relatively regularly. Always easy to find matches + i really like using my 15 different themed end game teams. Edit: the reason it's easy for me to find games mitght be that im in elite div
