Rather than a mission to defeat Scat Man at the end of the stage, I imagine this as a fast-paced rush to get to the Scat Man so that he may grant you his aid, and that you may also free him from Wily's imprisonment. A desperate call for you save him, but also so that he may help save you
I think it would be so funny to see someone mod Mega Man with a Scatman stage. The power up you get from that stage, Mega Man would be wearing a fedora haha.
