In a room, moreover bigger room, the difference is more apparent as aura 3 have wider angle coverage than any onyx. Yes the onyx is clearer, but only if you’re in front of it

Aura sounds like it's in box, slightly muddled and flat. Great bass tho. The Onyx is much brighter and clear

The Onyx has LOTS of bass if the Bass EQ mode is turned on. Holding the Bluetooth and Minus (-) button down for 10 seconds switches mode. Your Bass Mode is turned off.
The Onyx 8 has even better sound when it’s plugged in! It gets louder and the bass also get deeper. Just saying. I bough the Aura 4 couple days ago and i didn’t like the sound, there is something missing. So im gonna return it and get the Onyx 8.
You know another brand that can sound better than HK? I have Studio 8, and i was thinking to buy the Aura 4, however, after you comment im considering stay with studio 8 or buy something else but I don't know another's brands that can have more audio quality with that prices
@@alkendym.s3047 The Onyx Studio 8 has a better sound then the Aura Studio 4. I just bought the Onyx just couple days ago and i also had the Aura here bevor but i returned it. Try to use equalizer with the Aura. Sounds even better then. If u got the money try out bang & olufsen, but its expensive.
Onyx must be plug in for the best experience and relevant comparison :)

@@HammoTechReviews hi again dude, honestly i expected more of this speaker. But thats ok for a speaker under 200$. The main problem is lack of tweeters and vibration on maximum sound volume and also the glass will scratch easily.
