  • Never thought we'd be here again, but HERE WE ARE! I definitely needed this challenge and needed to change up my workout routine! I am so happy that I was able to do this whole thing and I'm so grateful that Chloe offers these programs/videos for free.

      Do what you can, but don’t push yourself to exhaustion! Real change happens with your nutrition anyway 😊

    I so love your energy and hunny...you killed every exercise. I was like "oh she is killin it". I am looking for a challenge with Chloe Ting..and some of the exercises I know I am going to struggle with. Thank you for your advice and thanks for this video. Congratulations on your nuptials❤❤

    When you say results, we would like to know the results. A lot of us are here at 200lbs, 300lbs, 250, 150, 175… you get my point. Being open and transparent will allow your channel to thrive. Of course, whatever you want to keep personal is cool, but when we see results in the title, that’s what we’re watching a 20min video for. Not a rant, just some algorithm education, because I almost hit thumbs down. 😅 Thank you for sharing, nonetheless. ❤️💕

      Thank you for your comment! My weight is just not something I want to share. I also feel like giving that number can make someone who is also my weight feel like there is something wrong with them and that they also need to lose weight. This is a personal decision I made to lose weight, but it doesn’t mean it is right for someone else :) The results are the pounds I’ve lost and inches that have shrunk. Sorry you didn’t enjoy the video!

      Not all weight appears the same on people so it wouldn’t do too much good

      did you not hear what she said in the beginning of the video? and yeah she didnt give weight or body picture results but she still did give us her results

    The exercise is super good and you are very beautiful, but weight loss depends mainly on your diet. You can loos more or less depending on your diet, not so much on your exercise. Exercise is perfect for health, motivation and shaping and a little bit of weight loss, but the main weight loss is what you eat.

      @@satisfyingart1 It does! I don’t track my chest measurements bc I honestly don’t care to, but if you’re losing weight everywhere else you’re also losing weight in your chest.

      I just stayed in the same calorie deficit I’ve been in for a few months and I tried to eat a lot of protein to help build muscle!

    Why only 5 pounds ? What did u eat

      i’m only 4’10 so my metabolism is naturally slower and 5 pounds is a good amount for someone my height. I was eating low calorie high protein and weighing and tracking all of my food (as my dietician recommended). At the same time of doing that, I was not going to make life miserable just to lose weight more rapidly as that’s not sustainable or healthy for me. I’m pregnant now, but once I’m ready to lose weight after my baby is born, I’ll do it sustainably again :)
