Transforming our world : the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development.(please go through the document, if you get). 28:16 UN has193 member states. but veto is done in Security Council. 5 permanent and 10 non permanent, India do have veto power now. 33:07 You should know first how UN works.
UN resolutions are roadmap/guidelines to resolve disputes between countries but they are not mandatory/compulsory. Countries decide if they want to follow those guidelines. 🇮🇳🙏🇱🇷

Seating khali hai kyonki lunch time ho sakta hai😊. Usually if countries don’t have their interests aligned with the speaker countries’ interests, they don’t stick around for speeches. Instead these countries will do 1 to 1 meetings with other countries’ representatives who they have partnerships with. Example, if Pakistani doesn’t care to stay when India is speaking, it will go and have meetings during that time with China, etc. 🇮🇳 🙏🇱🇷
