- Today Xiaoying bought 6 cucumbers in the vegetable market, so I would like to share with you a new way to eat cucumber.
1. Prepare 6 cucumbers, peel and cut the filaments; (don't throw away the cucumber skin, keep spare)
2. Put the cucumber silk into the bowl and marinate for 10 minutes with a little salt;
3. Prepare a carrot, cut into filaments and place in a bowl of cucumber;
4. Put the cucumber skin and 300 ml of water into the cooking machine and beat into cucumber juice; filter out 180 ml of cucumber juice, add 3 g of yeast powder, stir well and set aside;
5. Prepare 300 grams of flour, add a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of sugar; pour the cucumber juice, stir while stirring; knead the dough and ferment to twice the size;
6. Prepare 2 eggs, add a spoonful of salt, and beat into egg liquid; put the egg liquid in hot oil and fry it into egg;
7. Squeeze out the moisture of the pickled cucumbers and carrots; add eggs, shrimps, moderate amount of pepper, and appropriate amount of sesame oil, and mix well;
8. Knead the fermented dough for about 5 minutes and divide it into three small doughs; knead the dough into a 0.3 mm pancake;
9. Place the prepared filling in the middle of the three noodles and seal the edges;
10. Electric cake preheating brush oil, put the cake into the pot, simmer for 6 minutes; the cake pressing does not collapse.
