ಮಣ್ಣಿನ ಇಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೆಕೆಂಡ್ ಹ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಬಾಗಿಲು ಕಿಟಕಿಗಳನ್ನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿ ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಲಿಂಗಾಂಬುಧಿಪಾಳ್ಯದ ಕಾರ್ಲೆ ಹ್ಯಾಬಿಟ್ಯಾಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಚಲಪತಿಯವರು ಕಟ್ಟಿದ ಮನೆ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆಯುವಂತಹುದು. ಸುಮಾರು 2,300 sft ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣದ ಈ ಮಹಡಿ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಅವರು ಕೇವಲ 38 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿಯಲ್ಲಿಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸದ್ರಿ ಮನೆಯ ಹೋಂಟೂರ್ ಈ ವಿಡಿಯೋದಲ್ಲಿದೆ.
Using mud bricks and used doors and windows, the house built by Mr. Chalapathi at Karle Habitat in Lingambudhipalya, Mysore is an eye-catcher. He built this 2-storeyed house with a built-up area of around 2,300sft in about Rs 38 lakh. The home tour of this house is in this video. Please watch.
