It's easy to tell how in love with mediterranean style you are. It looks warm, while it's designed to cope with the heat, it needs room to breathe, it combines beautiful wood with natural stone and terracotta, and it lends itself perfectly for all kinds of combinations, also with more modern influences, probably due to its simplicity and use of natural materials. As always, you've created a cohesive look that still always excites with surprise accents of elements with a slightly different style or unexpected shape. And might I add: Your video tour at the end is absolutely perfect. You chose great music to get the feeling across, you cut at exactly the right points to go with the rhythm, and the lighting, framing and camera angles that you chose were just gorgeous. That is its own work of art. I feel like I'm falling in love with your videos all over again every time you post a new one. 🥰

I agree, those pink floors are just gorgeous and give the house such a unique homey feel. And the LIGHTING??? the way the sun streams through the windows?? absolutely gorgeous. I also really enjoyed this video tour, it was so fun and you did a fantastic job cutting it to the beat ;D
This is so heartwarming and beautiful! The way you combine different packs and fill the space is just 😍. Also a Mediterranean spanish home from one of my favorite builders!!!! I'm from Spain so this house has a special place in my heart, even if I'm from the Atlantic part and the houses are not the same here, the style is beautiful. And you are so right, we need a Mediterranean world in the Sims!
Am I the only one who get major Call Me By Your Name vibes?? I kinda thought it was a re-creation of the house in the movie from the thumbnail ahah It gives the same warm, artistic, mediteranean, vacation feel! Love it, great work!

it really looks like a traditional spanish architecture! at least for me. in some details I see somenthing like latin american/soudamerican vibes, and here in spain we have influences of arabic culture, and you can see it in the patterns and some materials (south spain which is the style you are using I guess, for the very north is a bit different, other materials, colder weather) but... really who cares, is So beautiful! and SO MEDITERRANEAN
