Hi Nav you can participate in a giveaway from India, but I'm afraid we don't give away broken or old components, Doddy would get upset, he loves to repair them
I love that Gambler guys. But sadly...... according to what I saw from the spy shots of a prototype, the unique aggressive aesthetic suspension Gambler of today will probably look like a Trek Session soon in the next generation of the bike :''''((((((
Blake is my favorite rider of all time, he simply enjoys what he's doing and doesn't take things too seriously, Blake keep doing what you're doing man I love you for it
I don’t know why we got so sticky to our handlebar grips - even if they clearly need to be replaced -. Oh, this rule applies for “x-wored” sneakers as well! 🤔😃😃 As for Blake’s Scott Gambler... well, he is a pro-rider and deserves/demands a machine like this one! Congrats to you and to Scott’s Staff as well! 👍🇧🇷🍾
I love SCOTT bikes and so happy to ride Gambler , I just need some FOX 40 Kashima and little Upgrades, you setups are also perfect . I love that content ❤🥇
Think with his super stiff suspension setup he's buying himself a bit of comfort since they're rolling a bit smoother - he's got the power to handle them around despite their disadvantages in size and weight.
Why do we love loud hubs? Aside from the fact that they sound amazing, is there any benefit to a loud hub? (Are they loud because they have more points of engagement?) Nice bike!
BLAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's one super sick bike, would love to ride a DH bike some day but at my "local" trails I would die because they're most definitely not ment for a dh bike! But planning on going to a bike park next summer but probably gonna use my Canyon Spectral AL 6 which I'm so glad to own :)
Toni Raspor just picked up a 2015 710 26” Gambler in excellent shape for $1300. Found it on Pinkbike buy/sell. They are getting cheaper! Find one and make an offer. Good luck!
Well I'm still fairly young (16) and my dad is a builder, so I work with him for some money so after a month or two I can get a bike. Not everyone has that option but there is always a way.
used downhill bikes are cheap as shit, at least ones that are a year or so old. They're such specialty bikes so you can usually grab them pretty cheap.
I had a pair of raceface grips that were super messed up on the ends like yours and my friends kept bugging me to get new ones and they still had good feel so I just kept annoying them with my mangled grips.😂
Hey Blake, nice meeting you on the trails at Whistler this year. I was riding the orange and black 2017 710 Gambler. 😀 The Gambler is absolutely a beast bro. I love my Gambler, it’s the king of DH bikes in my opinion. Just ask Bren-Dog! He was killing it at Redbull Hardline on the Gambler. You shred! 🤘🏼
There's some awesome stuff in Florida! Just watch Seth's bike hacks' old videos from when he still lived there. Not downhill per se, but you can definitely learn the same skills and take them elsewhere!
@@MrJahn73 i watch Seth. That dude is a daredevil. The closest park to me is Markham park., which happens to be the best one in south florida. There is a jumping section but its always closed down with red caution tape like somebody got seriosly hurt or its just being worked on continuously. The rest of it is pretty much cross country terrain with occasional drops here and there.
This is a bike that has been used to its full potential. I feel sorry if this bike in my hand cause it will never be used like what Blake did. If this bike is a person, it must have felt content
Imagine f'ing up a trick with nothing "comfy" to make u stop coming down on that thing ... you'ld put your balls in a meat grinder btween tire and frame!
Blake are air shocks better than coil? I've heard airs are less reliable and they heat up quite fast when you do big hits and extreme Freeride. Am I right? I just wonder bro. I need help in choosing what's really the best for extreme steeze
@@gmbn I'm running Rockshox Avid RC2 Air, thought I'd prefer coil but enjoy it so far. Better ride but not the same feedback as in feeling connected to the ground.
@@vinzchannel01 yes, air will get harder if you're riding bumpy stuff for a while. Air also has "sticktion" which takes on average 12kg while the new rockshock coil has virtually zero sticktion (obviously it can be 100%) but air is highly tunable on the fly.
audi nine with hardtail like what you did in megavalanche..it will be epic or imposible...or it will break the bike.. suddenly cross my mind and cant help it to spiil it up.. XD
Global Mountain Bike Network Thank you, you guys are amazing, I’ve been watching you guys since there were only Neil, Marc and Scotty. Keep up the great work!
What do you think of Blakes Scott Gambler? Nice or Supernice?
Definitely supernice

Im from india . How can i help?
Oh almost forgot. Blake's scott gambler .its not nice its super duper nice bike .lucky!
Supernice bike and supernice passion levels from Blake as usual. Man, your enthusiasm is absolutely the best!
Simply crazy how I just can't get enough Blake.
That bike has been PUNISHED, and it keeps coming back for more!!
Blake is my favorite rider of all time, he simply enjoys what he's doing and doesn't take things too seriously, Blake keep doing what you're doing man I love you for it
Only a pro would take the lower end bike for the colour 😂😂😂
This dude is living proof that you don't need the top end stuff to ride like a boss.
Ye but he upgrade way past high end
I think that since blake's here, the channel has that little thing that it needed to be funnier, and grow faster.
bLaKe iS a GoOd bOi
Sweet love it I have a 2015 gambler 720 absolute beast. Think cheese grips would be more comfy
Sweet bike! We think Blake isn't so enthusiastic about cheese grips any more... don't know why!
Me too

can you guys pls do a video in Australia
I've been waiting for this video for so long, I need that bike right now!!!!!!!
You have a insane bike Blake 🔥🤘🏼 lokks so good
I ride a 2015 Scott gambler 720. :)
And also plzzzz I wanna know why you stick with 27.5s as a freerider rather than use 26s that most freerider use to whip around or do extreme steeze
Think with his super stiff suspension setup he's buying himself a bit of comfort since they're rolling a bit smoother - he's got the power to handle them around despite their disadvantages in size and weight.
It’s definitely a super nice so much custom thought to make it just right for you and your own style 🤙🏻
love to see the bikes been well used! Go out and live life Blake! much love
Blake's dance moves, that's caption contest right there! 😜
Just built my downhill bike with sram 7 speed gx love it!
if that bike was a person, i would marry that thing!
We're pretty lucky to ride these bikes!
Why do we love loud hubs? Aside from the fact that they sound amazing, is there any benefit to a loud hub? (Are they loud because they have more points of engagement?)
Nice bike!
I never change my grips. Got a 4 year old set from Hope. Outlived 2 bikes 😂
Damm XD my grips always get super tacky then fall apart.
I am riding a Scott Gambler 10 2013 (26").
Lovely bikes
Haha, Blake is such a cool guy! Lovely bike check!
Lovely rig Blake..
Love your choice of suspension settings
Guess his mechanic's name is "MAX"! XD
love your grips blake they like my gloves never been washed in a year and a half
Its such a strange looking bike. Absolutely love it though! Super Nice for sure!!!
Just purchased this bike for $2900. It really is a nice bike.
Super nice bike!!!
Nice trip!
Gambler is the best DH bike IMHO.
Yes I’m back and love the gambler
Oh man Blake is the best thing happened on gmbn
Please tell me those aren’t the cheese grips
nick the car guy haha no cheese grips here dude 🤢
"Welcome back beautiful people" (i love

Get saving!
Love my gambi
I could buy that bike and put it in a museum
Black stanktions? Did they come with the chees grips Blake?
👍 👍 👍
I wish i could jump like Blake does. Unfortunately, i cant afford to get hurt, and even if i could practice, theres no downhill in south florida😐

Do the grips have cheese?
YEEEET
Blake, how about your pedals ??
Does the gambler have a dropper post?

Blake! \m/
Why do freeriders still leave some seat post and not just fully lower it? Same with downhill
It's so that the saddle can be gripped between your legs when in the air when pulling off some cool tricks
Also on some bikes the tyre will buzz the seat when the suspension compresses
Imagine f'ing up a trick with nothing "comfy" to make u stop coming down on that thing ... you'ld put your balls in a meat grinder btween tire and frame!
@blake , how do you like the codes?
Live Aeons great dude. They work well
200s front AND rear ... killer setup!
Do you even concider trying the upcoming 220s?!
It’s 27.5”?
You should have done an interview with Blake Samson
XD
Yeah, I heard he's a pretty cool guy.
I ride a djb and don’t really know much about shocks. Is it possible especially at 300psi to explode on landing of a jump?
LOL no! In the worst scenario the air seal will blow and you will just loose the air pressure and maybe damage the seal...
It’s noice
Hi, my friend,
I won't to ask you i bought yesterday Scott spark 970 and bike not jumping no weeling? So what can i do?
Blake!!!
Valeriy!
Valeriy Proklov VALERIY!!!
Wow... didn’t know you had a RUclips channel.
How tall are you? I’m trying to decide on the medium or large. Thanks👍
Probably no use to you now mate, but he's 5ft 6"

Blake talks about this in our recent ask :) The new Air shocks can be more progressive for freeride
But they heat up quite fast?
@@gmbn I'm running Rockshox Avid RC2 Air, thought I'd prefer coil but enjoy it so far. Better ride but not the same feedback as in feeling connected to the ground.

Aluminium or carbon frame?
Aaron Turkka Aluminium
If your bike is too big do you think it is possible to manual? I can wheelie but when I try to manual I feel like I can't get far enough back
A longer stem can make it harder to manual, but otherwise it's all about technique and practising enough
How much should I pay for a 2017?
How I wish I could save enough money to buy a Downhill bike like this.
How tall is this fella?

0:36 boi thats a air shock
is it me or that bike ha a really short wheelbase?
we all know those are cheese grips dont lie to us!! :D
Do dj Brandt’s bike
Is there any difference between high-end and low-end frames
The paint and off the shelf spec is the main difference
Global Mountain Bike Network Thank you, you guys are amazing, I’ve been watching you guys since there were only Neil, Marc and Scotty. Keep up the great work!
@@tonijerga2151 generally with aluminium (at this price) there is no difference.
Hello there
High and speed low rebound
Massive thumb up, but I liked your cheese grips better !
"Low-end" lol
Why is Blake in bush?
Thats a properly ridden bike.
