      I love that Gambler guys. But sadly...... according to what I saw from the spy shots of a prototype, the unique aggressive aesthetic suspension Gambler of today will probably look like a Trek Session soon in the next generation of the bike :''''((((((

    Blake is my favorite rider of all time, he simply enjoys what he's doing and doesn't take things too seriously, Blake keep doing what you're doing man I love you for it

    I don’t know why we got so sticky to our handlebar grips - even if they clearly need to be replaced -. Oh, this rule applies for “x-wored” sneakers as well! 🤔😃😃
    As for Blake’s Scott Gambler... well, he is a pro-rider and deserves/demands a machine like this one! Congrats to you and to Scott’s Staff as well! 👍🇧🇷🍾

    And also plzzzz I wanna know why you stick with 27.5s as a freerider rather than use 26s that most freerider use to whip around or do extreme steeze

      Think with his super stiff suspension setup he's buying himself a bit of comfort since they're rolling a bit smoother - he's got the power to handle them around despite their disadvantages in size and weight.

    Why do we love loud hubs? Aside from the fact that they sound amazing, is there any benefit to a loud hub? (Are they loud because they have more points of engagement?)

    BLAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's one super sick bike, would love to ride a DH bike some day but at my "local" trails I would die because they're most definitely not ment for a dh bike! But planning on going to a bike park next summer but probably gonna use my Canyon Spectral AL 6 which I'm so glad to own :)

      Toni Raspor just picked up a 2015 710 26” Gambler in excellent shape for $1300. Found it on Pinkbike buy/sell. They are getting cheaper! Find one and make an offer. Good luck!

      Well I'm still fairly young (16) and my dad is a builder, so I work with him for some money so after a month or two I can get a bike. Not everyone has that option but there is always a way.

      used downhill bikes are cheap as shit, at least ones that are a year or so old. They're such specialty bikes so you can usually grab them pretty cheap.

    I had a pair of raceface grips that were super messed up on the ends like yours and my friends kept bugging me to get new ones and they still had good feel so I just kept annoying them with my mangled grips.😂

    Hey Blake, nice meeting you on the trails at Whistler this year. I was riding the orange and black 2017 710 Gambler. 😀 The Gambler is absolutely a beast bro. I love my Gambler, it’s the king of DH bikes in my opinion. Just ask Bren-Dog! He was killing it at Redbull Hardline on the Gambler. You shred! 🤘🏼

      There's some awesome stuff in Florida! Just watch Seth's bike hacks' old videos from when he still lived there. Not downhill per se, but you can definitely learn the same skills and take them elsewhere!

      @@MrJahn73 i watch Seth. That dude is a daredevil. The closest park to me is Markham park., which happens to be the best one in south florida. There is a jumping section but its always closed down with red caution tape like somebody got seriosly hurt or its just being worked on continuously. The rest of it is pretty much cross country terrain with occasional drops here and there.

    This is a bike that has been used to its full potential. I feel sorry if this bike in my hand cause it will never be used like what Blake did. If this bike is a person, it must have felt content

    Why do freeriders still leave some seat post and not just fully lower it? Same with downhill

      It's so that the saddle can be gripped between your legs when in the air when pulling off some cool tricks

    I ride a djb and don’t really know much about shocks. Is it possible especially at 300psi to explode on landing of a jump?

      LOL no! In the worst scenario the air seal will blow and you will just loose the air pressure and maybe damage the seal...

    Blake are air shocks better than coil? I've heard airs are less reliable and they heat up quite fast when you do big hits and extreme Freeride. Am I right? I just wonder bro. I need help in choosing what's really the best for extreme steeze

      Blake talks about this in our recent ask :) The new Air shocks can be more progressive for freeride

      @@gmbn I'm running Rockshox Avid RC2 Air, thought I'd prefer coil but enjoy it so far. Better ride but not the same feedback as in feeling connected to the ground.

      @@vinzchannel01 yes, air will get harder if you're riding bumpy stuff for a while. Air also has "sticktion" which takes on average 12kg while the new rockshock coil has virtually zero sticktion (obviously it can be 100%) but air is highly tunable on the fly.

    If your bike is too big do you think it is possible to manual? I can wheelie but when I try to manual I feel like I can't get far enough back

      A longer stem can make it harder to manual, but otherwise it's all about technique and practising enough
