For a new company, Jada is already showing the others how things are supposed to be done. They've made some excellent engineering decisions. PVC crotch piece could be the industry standard in a couple years. Also really dig the peg that holds the Gi together instead of a PVC snap like Mattel's WWE stuff. Those come undone easily, the Jada stuff is super snug. Bravo Jada. You're really kicking ass right now.

Hopefully, not until they make the FULL roster. Number 1 reason SF lines die is because you'll get 5 Ryu's, 4 Ken's etc. And won't even have 7 different characters. I'm all for repaints, but they will do more harm than good in the beginning.
How's the hair on the normal Ryu and that Evil Ryu? My normal Ryu's hair paint is peeling off for some reason and I can see the white plastic underneath. My Fei Long doesn't have that problem, only Ryu. Even Ryu's black belt's paint has peeled off a tiny bit, exposing the white plastic again. I must have been extremely unlucky with the Ryu I received.

Amazing looking figures. I can't wait to see how wave 2 and future waves turn out. The fact you can reassemble the broken sign is fun. Personally I'd like less cartoony faces, but the figures, price and articulation are superb. Hasbro take note.
According to the Twitter post about this figure was the deluxe edition, so there might be a normal release of a non deluxe edition version later down the road.

Feels like $40 product. Its exclusive and you get 1 extra head 1 extra fireball and 2 stands compared to a regular figure. At least that's what I am hoping.
