We all carry our stresses and frustrations in different parts of our bodies and when I found your channel earlier this year I instantly knew one of the places for you is your back. I've tried chinese massage. They focused more on pressure point and I must way that its so painful especially near the ribs, lower back, thigh and calf
That Therapist gave a masterclass. His explanations were so helpful, there was so much information from him. I first came across Tuina Massage many years ago from reading about Maria Mercati, she brought the therapy into the UK. Her health was very poor and nothing helped, so she went to China and received treatment and made a full recovery, then trained in Tuina. Really nice to see a proper session. Thank you.
I’m very glad you enjoyed it, yes Tuina is very different from regular massages and after trying so many it became one of my favorite! It just works differently!
