This cost a fortune, or this is a VFX artists manifesto. Either way what gorgeous imagery.
Great visuals. Actors were pretty solid. JPG compression destroyed the video blacks, which is mostly what the shortfilm contains (probably the upload wasn't perfect enough for YT, who knows)... It looks seriously bad.
Apart from that, I lost interest in the first 3 minutes. When the dreams start to happen. Way too Tenet without any engagement with the audience. Weird stuff after weird stuff and at the end, I would have preferred to have a solid script with more content than visual after visual like a music video. It wasn't that much. What a pity, that we mostly looked at "how much time is left" and it was like 2 minutes to the end and we said: Ok, let's stay... just for the sake of being surprised at the end. But no :( . Too much visual, the making of it not clear and seriously, if you're not engaged, don't try to make it look dreamy if we are not caught first by the story.
