you should do a walk video of contadora island or buena aventura or boquete haha maybe try cangrejo is very nice as well
Absolutely, driving is nice to cover greater distances, but walking allows you to take more of the scenery in, increases the clarity of the sights and sounds, and just gives a more "I'm there" feel to the videos.

Is that building the old Gorgas Hospital??, I was stationed in Panama in the early 1980's.
No, this is the Panama Canal administration building. The old Gorgas Hospital is near to these place.
