Yeah, imagine what Jalens stats would have been if we hadnt put the breaks on after half time! I bet when we play Tennessee they wont let up in the second half! I know we won and the first half was amazing but we were down with just minutes left after a 30 to 7 lead, we must keep the pressure on and finish!!!
I believe Georgia is a great team. They came back from the halftime and almost won the game. Being a Bama fan, I really don't want to play Georgia again. They are just as good as advertised. Roll Tide y'all.
No they are ok! But not better than Bama! Bama had a skew of miscues ad well! They should have kept throwing deep, they should have not snapped the ball until it was 5-7 seconds on the play clock, or the interception in the red zone!
I love deontae Lawson but he’s stout against the run but a liability in pass coverage. Georgia targeted him like Texas and Michigan did. Just pointing that out. Sometimes his upside as a leader is more important to the team so I get it. RTR
To be specific, our head coach is 13 and two versus ranked opponents. I’m pretty sure that may be the best record of any active coach when it comes to winning percentage versus ranked opponents. So, yes, he has experience in big games.
Hope the foot doesn’t get taken off the gas pedal in any more games. Way too conservative in the 2nd half. when we did need to slow it down, Sheridan was going tempo for whatever reason.
This game could of have very well been a massacre if not for the penalties and missed 3 picks. When said and done Bama proved they were the standard, which will not change.
